[Resolved]  Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — Not claim the policy No. AP/118857-P

My name is Mohan Reddy i resigned as ED BPM at My village ITIKYAL, RAIKAL, JAGTIAL-505460.
My Policy no. AP/118857-P, I have paid premium from[protected] to[protected], this payment made by salary deduction, Premium amount is Monthly Rs-178/- .
I have applied for claim on 11/01/2021 through SPM Office Raikal to
Jagtial Head office Indian Post.
Till now i have not got any money or any information from both Raikal and Jagtial offices.
Please clarify the issue.
