[Resolved] Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — not registering mobile number and email id

I have two pli policies on my name. When i put a letter to the local head post office, proddatur, y. S. R. Kadapa district, for registering my mobile number and email id for getting online payment facility those people completely shown the negligence and send a letter to me regarding address change.

When i talked with local post master regarding the issue, he expressed his helpless ness i. E., v. V. Reddy nagar post office-516312

My policy numbers are: 1. Ap-ys-148104-cs, 2. Ap-96839-cs

Postal Life Insurance [PLI] Customer Care's response both policy have been updated with mobile no. and e-mail id. if you want to pay premium through customer portal. Kindly create user id and password.
