[Resolved] Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — online portal never opens | |||
I been avid online user and paying pli premium is always a pain. The site never opens and i used multiple browsers like chrome, explorer... Why is it always so poor and inefficient? This leads to delay in paying premiums and hence issue for customers who cant visit post offices on usual working hours. Please resolve. Specially when we're moving towards 100% digital enabled environment, these hiccups reflects very poor image. Was this information helpful? | |||
