Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — Payment deducted but pli receipt not generated | |||
It is to inform you that i had made a payment of my PLI Premium for 3 months October 2020 to December 2020 of my policy on 29 October 2020 through credit card. The payment of Rs 5138 had been deducted from my credit card but premium receipt was not able to generated at that time. The next due date was also not reflecting on my profile so i was in confusion whether the payment was made or not? . Now my credit card statement for the month of October has been generated and payment of Rs 5138 is also reflecting in my statement as debited for the indian post. Now i have checked my profile, the next due date is showing on january 2021 but there is no any provision to download my previous receipt for the month of October 2020 to December 2020. So please let me know how i get my previous premium receipt for the above paid month. Because i need premium receipt for showing tax benefits.so please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
