[Resolved]  Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — Pending status at online payment for this month

My policy no is[protected] and customer id is 64851776, i paid pli premium online via SBI net banking for the month of May 2021 on 06/07/2019 but still in the payment history chart, it is showing as "status id 99, status pending and receipt no. is NA for my that payment.

Kindly resolve this issue asap. If it is not getting paid then please let me know when can i get my money back in my account.
