Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — PLI ONLINE PAYMENT problem

Sir/ madam
I am Srinivasulu. I am paying PLI regularly online. One day paying online payment on pli customer portal and my money was deducted from my bank account but didn't receive any receipt from PLI. and showing status Pending 99 in payment history. So, can you please refund my money or added to premium of my PLI.
