Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — PLI policy amount debited but not credit to PLI policy, PLI payment pending | |||
Respected Sir, I am Amar Singh Gurjar, PLI Policy No RJ-153623-CS. I had made the online payment for my PLI policy premium, for the period from 01/04/2021 to 31/03/2022 through SBI Bank net banking on 16/04/2021. Premium Amount Rs 22546/- has been deducted from my Bank Account But the amount not credit to my pli account and Amount is not reflecting in the PLI portal. Payment status is showing as "Pending" even after doing payment. The deducted amount not to be credit to my bank account till now Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.
