Dear sir, i no 4077138n ex hav jagtap suresh manik opened pli policy in 2010 and continued premium deposited but i am retired in jan 2015 that time i have submitted application for transfer my policy in my nearest civ post office but my policy till date not transfer to civ post office. I request to you close my pli policy no aps[protected]l and refund my balance in my account no[protected] icici bank silvassa ifsc code icic0000422 at earliest. Policy bond already sent to Addl Dte Gen of APS (PLI CELL) C/O 56APO PIN 908716 vide RL A RP[protected]IN dated 22.11.2017 with mandatory form. After elapsed considerable period no any information or maturity value received.
