Sir, respectfully, i rakesh viramgama a pli customer. My policy number is gj-807364-cs. My customer id is 23470161. I have paid october 2019 premium online by sbi debit card on 25/10/2019. Till now my payment don't update online status showing pending. Please solve my problem. If will not solve refund my amount to my account. Verified Support Nov 19, 2019 Postal Life Insurance [PLI] Customer Care's response sir, as per system no premium was received on the said date. if your transaction was failed, amount will be refunded to concern bank account.
