[Resolved]  Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — policy bond lost

Respected sir,
My name is hav udai singh tai from indian army. My policy bond bearing machine no-aps - 290350-l. Which is to be matured on[protected] has been lost. Can i get a duplicate copy of the bond paper of the same or what are the procedures to get my matured amt.? I visited twice in army postal service office but they suggested me to contact call center but the call centers remains unattented.
So pls help me in this case. I will be very grateful to you.

Postal Life Insurance [PLI] Customer Care's response Apr 20, 2020 Sir, if you have not received policy bond or lost the same, Kindly visit the post office and submit indemnity bond for maturity claim alongwith valid id proof & address proof. The claim will be settled on the base of indemnity bond. you may visit the nearest post office after lockdown period.
