          Sir/ madam

          I am Srinivasulu. I am paying PLI regularly online. One day paying online payment on pli customer portal and my money was deducted from my bank account but didn't receive any receipt from PLI. and showing status Pending 99 in payment history. So, can you please refund my money or added to premium of my PLI.

                Hi,
                I am pragya shrivastava with pli policy number[protected].
                I have been trying to generate customer id to make my payments duly online, but i am unable to do so.
                The problem might be the email id inserted in the system which should be [protected]@gmail.com.
                Customer care number is not responding.
                Please help me to generate the pli customer id or at least let me know whether the email id mentioned above is inserted in their system.

                  I have made online payment of rs.1713 on[protected] through online app by debit card for the policy mh-468758-cs but still it is not successful and it shows pending, status id is 99 and 2. Weather the amount is transfered or it will be return to my account as my account shows deduction. Kindly help me-rajesh shelke

                        Sir,
                        I have deposited my pli premium using debit card. Payment date is 07.06.2020. But till now my pli account has not been credited but amount rs 3, 305/- has been deducted from my bank account. The payment status is showing pending in the payment history page & status id 2.
                        Please resolve this matter.

                          Dear sir/ mam,
                          With utmost regard and humble submission i mr. Chandan singha roy, would like to inform you that i have paid my premium amount of rs.366 from my airtel payments bank account on the 3rd of june for my policy number ne-34318-cs and customer id: 50985698. But till now in my pli account, it is showing the [status pending 99]. Even though the payment was successful, then also it is showing like this and thus i have not received any payment receipt from the postal life insurance till today. I have also attached the necessary supporting documents for your kind reference along with this mail.
                          So, i request you that please take a kind note of the issue and address it accordingly as soon as possible. For this act o[censored]nderstanding, i will be highly obliged to you.

                            1. Refer the following email :-

                            (A) nashik head office mail sent on 06 nov 2019.
                            (B) my e-mail dated 06 nov 2019.
                            (C) my e-mail dated 31 dec 2019.
                            (D) my e-mail dated 13 jan 2020.
                            2. I the above named ex jco clerk was retired from army wef 01 aug 2018 (Fn). During the entire service i had opened the pli account and all of these are already matured. I apply through the email for want of original bond for to get maturity amount duly minus outstanding amount against pli loan. Details of the pli are as under :-

                            (A) pli policy no aps-357646-l, premium rs 475/- maturity date
                            11 nov 2019 sum assured rs 1, 00, 000/-

                            (B) aps[protected]l, premium rs 695/-, maturity date 02 jan 2019
                            Sum assured rs 1, 00, 000/-

                            (C) aps-678470-l, premium rs 1870/- maturity date 22 aug 2019 sum assured rs 2, 00, 000/-

                            3. It is also brought to your notice that i had taken a loan on above plis. You are kindly requested to calculate the same and fwd the original bond of pli alongwith details amount at nashik gpo 422001 for smooth further processing and drawing of balance amount duly debited of loan amount.

                            4. On the repeated corres through the email id my original bond has not been received till dtafter a lapse of one year this is not in a order except last two months of covid-19. Hence you kindly requested to send the same on priority and avoid financial hardship of ex - servicemen after a lapse of one year and completion of first innings.

                              Sir i'm pli ap-592854-cc policy holder. I had tried many times to login, but it show wrong credentials or contact near by post office. I go to forgot pass word but i haven't get any mail of link to regain password. My nearest post office is 530031, but they said we can't help, you have to go to visakhapatnam main postal office. But i'm am not able to go to that place amid coronavirus pandemic.

                                I jc-581782f sub secuinder singh having pli bond no - aps-948085-l and had matured on 13 may 2019. Accordingly all the maturity documents along with pli bond were forwarded to department of post office, heqd office udhampur for release of maturity amount but, the same has been returned with observation stating that pli premium was paid only till jun 2018. As per statement of account rs 875/- has regularly been deducted by pao (Or) jak rif, jabalpur till apr 2019 but the same has not been credited in pli policy no aps 948085l. It is also intimated that this unit had approached pao (Or) jak rif vide our letter no 117/8/pri dt dec 2019 to credit the monthly premium wef jul 2018 @ rs 875/- but no response was received by this unit till date.in view of above you are requested to direct the pao (Or) jak rif to credit the amount @ rs 875/- pm wed jul 2018 to apr 2019 in policy no aps 948085l at the earliest under intimation to this unit please.

                                  I have paid my pli premium rs.6979/- online on 15.05.2020 for three months march, april and may 2020. The payment was successful and the above amount was deducted from my bank account with transaction no.078174. But the receipt has not been generated and in the payment history it shows as status 'pending'. My pli policy no.[protected]. I request to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                      Sir i had made online payment for my pli with cust id[protected] and policy number[protected] in the name of ashish thapliyal. I had done premium payment on 31.03.2020 from my hdfc credit card but the payment was debited twice from my card 4342 amount but both the payment were unsuccessful. The amount has not yet credited to my account. Kindly look into the matter for refund of my amount.
