Postal Life Insurance — PLI policy show inactive while actually it is active

Dear Sir, This has with reference to Postal Life Insurance Policy (Policy No. GJ-653232-US) which has sum assured Rs. 10, 000, 000/-. Under this policy, the premium payment has been made till month of July 2015 but online it is shows that "Last Premium Paid Till" 31/08/2014. Further, policy also shows inactive (whithout any reason) but actually it is active with the premium paid till July-2015. Many times I was try to contact on telephone number given on web site but nobody pick up the call. In view of above, it is requested to look for this matter and do needful.
