Sir,
I paid my premium monthly payment through sbi online on[protected] for policy number 2360129, after successful payment it neither downloaded my payment receipt nor shown in payment history page, but my amount was debited from my account vide reference no.[protected]IGAJTINSG0 dated[protected] for Rs.2019. Please reflect the said amount in payment history page and allow me to download my payment receipt. The screenshot was attached for you're reference.

I paid monthly premium of Rs 2143 through online sbi on dt 05.11.2020 for the policy no OR 354262 US.After successful payment it neither downloaded my payment receipt nor shown in payment history page, but my amount was debited from my account and the status in payment history page is showing 99.The screenshot was attached for you're reference.
