My name is bommani s ramkumar My policy no ap515056b Mob [protected] I have getting problem in my this policy for premium paid. I have paid october to feb premium rs 9714 online on 07 jan 2020 through hsbc credit card. The txn ref. No. Is vt200100060003090000223 Acquirer ref. No. Is 74603630010000413781582 But as on date the transaction status is showing as pending. I did not get any way for approaching india post directly hence, i approached this way.
