[Resolved]  Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — Transaction successful but payment not received at pli

Hello Team,

I have made my Postal Life Insurance monthly premium through Gpay via Payu Gateway on 30/04/2021. While doing transaction successful but payment not received at end-user. Again I have made the payment with same process that was received successfully at end-user. But which I initiated first time not received back to my account again. Please check and do the needful.
