Sir, my previous pli policy no aps-474221-l assured of rs.01 lakh premium @ rs.555/-pm has already been maturity & claimed for rs.192900/- on 17/8/19 through neft/post office sec bad (Head post office). But, now my another pli policy no. Aps - 1305937 l assured of rs.01 lakh premium @ rs. 1095/-pm has been maturity & claimed for rs. 146400/- on 31/3/20 sent by postal through neft utr sbin[protected] head post office sec bad). Please intimate/clarify of reason for long variation of amount between both policies and credit the variation amount immediately

Verified Support Postal Life Insurance [PLI] Customer Care's response Apr 03, 2020 Sir, the maturity claim amount is depends on various factor like policy period, yearly basis bonus, etc. Hence there are some difference in amount of maturity claim of both policies. Kindly visit the nearest post office after lockdown period for more information. | |
