Postal Life Insurance — postal life insurance amount deducted but status showing that payment is pending

Hi,

I have made the payment of rs-7136 for my postal life insurance premium on 25th nov 2017.
Amount got deducted from my card but status still showing as pending and receipt has not been generated yet.
I log in to my pli account and seen that payment status is showing as -'pending'.
Please expedite the process and update the status as 'success' and generate the receipt.
I have already made several follow up and put up a complaint on the post office india website as well.
