Postpe — Loan

This is for Pawan account with phone [protected] on postpe.
I have some dues on postpe which are because of my poor health from last 3-4 months because of which i am not able to work, and this is told to customer service representative every time when they call. And still they are calling again and again.
Today morning I got a call on call from phone [protected] with the name of Akash Finance Services. Firstly he told me that i need to pay only 11580/- and he will waive the late fee of 1096/-. After paying it was showing 1096 to pay. Then i told him him that he asked me to pay 11580 after rebate ans it still shows 1096 to pay which was expected to waive. Then he changed his wordings that i said might get waive, i have all recordding with me. Then he said ok pay 1096 then you will get 1096 and you will get NOC. Then i paid this as well. THen on app it shows due amount as 0 but as per person on no we need to pay 1205 in next month then account will close. He is keeping on changing his word every time. Then he started saying "aapke paas itna paisa hai 1205 hi to hai kaunsa 12 lakh hai". He is not aware ek to meri health theek nahi hai maine kahin see leke arrange kiya and he is talking like this. Kam se kam information to sahi de.
Aksh ki call ke alava hame subah se itne call aa rahe hain meri behan ke no pe pata nahi kis kiske no pe jinka hum se koi relation bhi nahi hai unke paas bhi. Koi ye nahi sochta na ki wo beemar ho jayega aur pay nagi kar payega aur maine ek baar bhi mana nahi kiya ki pay nahi karunga.
Kisi ko itne level tak pareshaan nahi karna chahiye.
