These guys helped me in publishing my book. The total number of sales reflected on the sales is less than the total number of invoices which I have physically seen.(after all my friends bought it on a huge scale).. I reported them the number of Pending sales being reduced. They said-the book is returned by a seller. It was subject to no cancellation.
Then-even after they showed me that the sales are completed. They reduce the total number of sales. I was astonished. Still I waited them to increAse.
My friend in delhi ordered my book. And I hopefully waited for increase in the book sale. And still-a book was reduced?

These guys don't share with me about the name of buyers. Are they using this policy to exploit their authors? If yes. I don't need their money-just give me back the money they charged me.

I ordered my own book from pothi.com and the payment was successful. It has been a week and there is no way I can track my order. I would like to know how to do so. What courier facility does pothi.com uses and what is the courier number of my book. The order number for my book is 122897.
