I am living in chennai and customer of your concern for decades. I bought a saree on 8th of feb in your trichy showroom. After removing the blouse the length of the saree is too short than that of a regular one. It is only 4.5 m in length and hence it cannot be worn. The rate of the saree is ₹995 and the saree is not worth the price. The way in which you have sold your saree to your customer reduces the faith on your firm. Look into the matter and do the needful immediately.

    Hi very bad service from madurai pothys... A very disappointing behavior.. If customer is ur first perference then u are suppose to please them and show all the products to them the sales people who are working here at madurai pothys worst behavior to the people and there is no proper managers here... First do understand without customers there is no pothys and ur so called name u have gained in the society of you guys can't even be the best forever a major black mark is the sales people u have. Shame on them. I[censored] can't resolve this problem just close the business

      Bill no. 10/466193 dated jan 6th 2019. Amt rs 4905. Prompt door delivery is not there for the past two months. Particularly this month door delivery is too delayed and also 50 percent of items in the bill are missing. No proper response from the store manager or store in charge when a complaint is registered. Too may peoples are calling but end result was zero. Really i fed up with the response of pothys departmental stores. I hope from next time i will not visit pothys for any purchase. The same was felt by my family and friends circle also. Kindly do take some action and atleast try hold your other customers else slowly u will be loosing your customers one by one.

        inner wear (men)/didn't exchange!

        As i buyed some innerwear in pothys pvt lmt yesterday... The size doesn't fit for me.. So today i went to exchange it they didn't exchange it they told that they will not exchage it.. But yesterday they told that they will exchange but now they not giving a proper response! Please let me know the solution... Worst service... They are not making a proper response...

        Respected sir/mam,
        During last week's diwali purchase on nov5, i used my debit card to purchase some clothes in pothys shop located in cross cut road, coimbatore, due to some network issues my card was declined twice. Later i used another card to purchase it, but when we left the shop, i was notified by sms that amount of rs.848 for that particular clothes price from pothys has been debited. I informed them shop immediately. I was informed that it was due to network issues and the amount will be refunded. But still now i have not received any refunded amount yet, so i request you to solve this issue in my transaction. Thank you in advance.

          I have used my indian bank debit card for purchasing cloths and accessories in pothys, tnagar, chennai on 22.10.2018 for a value of rs.896... When i am swiping my card it will take too much time and finally the merchant copy comes and shows that your transaction failed due to time out... And at the same time the amount has been debited from my account... But the seller says that sir, we haven't received any amount so far... So plz you have to be paid by cash or any other mode... Then i am also again paid by cash... But still i am not received any amount for that failure transaction... So plz chect it and refund my amount shortly

            I have visited madurai pothys today, i was looking for branded sarees section and shirt in the branded sections, i feel like humiliated by the service they provide, they behave rude to the customers, one or two customers were too felt awful by their service
            I feel pothys is getting egoistic as their brand value has grown, very worst service very bad behavior...

              I visited the website http://silkmarkindia.com/index.php/customsearch and tried to identify the registered user.

              To my surprise, the search neither displayed any name & address nor any error message.

              Please look into the matter and help me out in confirming the authenticity of the silk mark.

                I have visited pothys today, i was looking for branded shirt in otto section and a pant in the branded sections, i feel like humiliated by the service they provide, they behave rude to the customers, one or two customers were too felt awful by their service

                In packaging try not to use plastic bags. Being a huge network of shops. You should start the change and the smaller players will start.
                For one product two covers are given to a customer at your shop. Which can be changed to jute or cloth bags.
                I was purchased Prem salt pista in your supermarket on 28.11.18. it is fully damaged and wasted nuts in the pocket. our account mobile number is [protected].                   I had purchased a silk cotton saree from Pothys shop at Chennai Domestic Airport. Starting I had noticed there were two black dots on the saree of which I had bought to the notice of the shopkeeper. I had asked for exchange Within the same rate but he said exchange was only available of the same pattern sarees which I did not because I did not like other colours of the same pattern. Shopkeeper said it was gum and would go after dry cleaning. So I took it and after returning home when I opened it there were 2-3 more black dots and also a big black horizontal line on it. I would request you to please exchange the saree.

                  Last 4years I am one of the regular customer of pothys. But today parking area staff worst behavior. They have place but didn't allow and irresponsible answer to customers. This is not good practice.

                    I purchased textile goods worth nearly rs 6900/- at pothys, bangalore show room on 19.08.18. While taking delivery one mr bashkir (Not sure of the name as he refused to divulge his name) behaved very bad and even asked to get out. This is my first visit to that show room and had s nasty experience. U brought it to the notice of mr. Saravanan, manger hr and also lodged a complaint in the customer feedback tab. I want to know what action was taken again this discourteous n arrogant employee.

                      I purchased a silk mark saree on 5-8-2018 vide bill number c686 at your trichy west boulevard road showroom.

                      The saree has two visible holes. The price of the saree is rs. 9, 355 and aadi sale discount was rs 935.

                      I would like to produce the saree and request you to provide me suitable remady.

                      Actually the above purchase was made against returning of a silk saree which was purchased on 2-8-2018. The price of the said saree is 6, 535/- this silk mark saree had overlapping of weaving on many places..

                      Requesting you once again to take up my complaint in proper way and provide me suitable redressal..

                        Refusal to change the product n disrespectful to customers. I will never return to a shop like pothys superstore which shows this type of attitude to customers. This is my first visit to pothys and i feel very disappointed with the staff response. Pothy's staff didn't value customer's money let the amount be anything be it rs 50 or 5000. Money is money.

                          Hi this is dhivya i'm a regular customer for pothys super market and also showroom i'll very much dissatisfied for last 2 months and also this time because wholesale section there was less manpower and no one care for customer and didn't mind customer request and also the kitchen item section ladies are talking only their colleagues i'm also facing the outside customer i know how to satisfied and serve the customer. At the time of starting the supermarket it was good but this last months i met a bad experience. I'm sorry to say i never come in future to supermarket..

                            I had visited pothys traditional, t. Nagar outlet on 29.05..2018. After parking my bike, i was informed by security personnel that if i fail to produce any purchase bill, i would have to pay r.100/- as a parking fee (He also pointed towards the wall showing the rule written on it). To my doubt, is it a fee or fine? Why should i be forced to buy something? Where else will i park my bike? - police can tow my bike away any moment. This definitely annoys a customer as vehicle is more valuable than what we are about to purchase. I understand the concern of limited parking space, for that charge something less as normal parking lots do. I feel that management has to come out with a better solution than this. Pothys might be a well established brand, however it is management's responsibility of taking care of the customer's convenience.

                              I visited pothys trivandrum today, response from the ladies garments (Tops and leggings) section is pathetic. Actually i want a top for my sister but she was not with me, so i took some photos and sent it to her whatsapp account so that she could select it. But one of your staff warned me for taking photographs. I asked for the reason but she didnt given me any reply. Actually she is right towards her statement but my opinion is at least she should know about the reason for photo prohibition actually i felt like it is some kind of insulting the customer. So please advice your staff and give proper instructions.

                              I purchased a chudithar before 2days at coimbatore pothys. Price of the chudithar is Rs. 2770.Today wearing that chudithar. That cloth hasn't quality so after 1hour the backside of the chudithar was damaged.

                                I purchased grocery items on 3rd march 2018 and it was a door delivery. They wrongly delivered the 25 kg rice. I made a call atleast more than 30 times from 5.03.2018 to 8.03.2018. I spoke to ms. Selvi, ms. Rahana, mr. Jhon, & parthasaraty. And even today morning (Ie.9.3.18) i called and spoke to mr. John i received a same reply from everyone that u will get replacement today. From 5.3.18 to till today iam receiving the same reply "u will receive today" how long should i wait? The service is very very bad and worst.

                                Whoever may be they should not make customer to wait and they should not give a wrong replies. Why they should give a wrong reply? Not only me due to this how many customers will be suffering. They are cheating the customers by giving wrong promises. This is very very bad and i feel very bad that so big concern is doing like this. Due to few people the name is getting spoiled.

                                My bill no. Is 10/331528 dt.3.3.18. Please delivery me today.

                                I request in future pls. Dont give a wrong promises to the customers. If it delays also pls. Inform them the true reason and exact delivery date.

                                  I visited the newly opened store at k g road bangalore today. Was utterly shocked to find that most of the staff there did not know kannada. I found most of them conversing in tamil which is not our language. The person in charge of the escalator, the salesman, billing section staff - found each of them talking only in tamil. When i insisted a salesman to speak in kannada, he did not show any regret in acknowledging that he doesn't know. Worst of all, even the announcement on the public address system was also in tamil. This is really very disappointing that such a famous store with a wide network of stores is so indifferent to the local language. I expect that the store realise it's folly at the earliest and make necessary amends at the earliest. I am surprised that u could not find enough people who knew kannada to be recruited. Try conducting business in your chennai store with an all - kannada staff and then you will realise how i and my other fellow kannaadigas feel. Please respect the local language in whichever state you operate.

                                    I purchased an handloom saree on sun 17thdec2017 for 5000₹. When i gave the same to tailor for stitching the blouse, hd found out that the saree was damaged. There was a big hole and it was patched with white thread.
                                    Do replace this saree or provide me the cash back for the same.
                                    I prefer replacement as i loved this saree and was very happy on buying the same. Didn't expect it will turn out to be a defected product. So bad of pothys on cheating customers like this

                                      Iv purchased peter england shirt worth rs 1299 in 24.11.2017 pothis (Nagercoil) branch. I liked the shirt colour but the shirt was unfinished final check up shirt.. It has little other colour mixed in a plain colour shirt. The same shirt was not available in store... Shame to here this reply from pothis.. With half mind i took the shirt.. The staff from pothis is not even minding the problam... Just saying no other shirts by another eles... But the same colour of shirt was not in any brands
                                      They not even gave any discount to the shirt... Poor quality check up of brands... I dont even know that its orginal or not
