Hi,
I purchased an handloom saree on sun 17thdec2017 for 5000₹. When i gave the same to tailor for stitching the blouse, hd found out that the saree was damaged. There was a big hole and it was patched with white thread.
Do replace this saree or provide me the cash back for the same.
I prefer replacement as i loved this saree and was very happy on buying the same. Didn't expect it will turn out to be a defected product. So bad of pothys on cheating customers like this

Iv purchased peter england shirt worth rs 1299 in 24.11.2017 pothis (Nagercoil) branch. I liked the shirt colour but the shirt was unfinished final check up shirt.. It has little other colour mixed in a plain colour shirt. The same shirt was not available in store... Shame to here this reply from pothis.. With half mind i took the shirt.. The staff from pothis is not even minding the problam... Just saying no other shirts by another eles... But the same colour of shirt was not in any brands
They not even gave any discount to the shirt... Poor quality check up of brands... I dont even know that its orginal or not

I would like to inform you that my mother purchased a orpat alaram clock fron trivandrum pothys. Before two months. And after few days gone the clock stuck. And my mother went to pothys and said the complaint they will replace once. After we get a new orpat alarm clock only one day it will work. Today we both went go pothys and said repeatedly complaint. Me and mother went to showroom manager room and said we want to see him right now. Other staff asked about the complainy thet will cal the department ans said go there we will inform them. We went to 5th floor and said the complaint. They will checked see the complaint. They said we will service it. We said no we need good product or refund our cash. And we went yo manager room and wait for 1 hour he is not coming at last we quarlef with staff give her contact number they give renju [protected]. I talked to him and said the complaint he is not will to replace the product. We said we will go to consumer court. He said go fast and complaint. The manager behaviour was very poor to customer and cheating the customer. Please do the needfull for this complaint.[protected] geethadevip

The staff named selvam who work in pothy’s nagercoil branch is very harsh and arrogant towards customer. The way he respond is totally insane. The question is why do pothy’s choose some kind of rowdy’s for certain post where patience and friendliness is essential character to manage the customer. Pothy’s (Nagercoil) have worst staffs to handle a customer. And some staffs seems no interest towards work. Very very bad,,, not going to shop again in pothy’s nagercoil.🙏

. I have bought a handset oppoa37 on 15, august 2017 from pothiys nagercoivil. As per onam offer of oppo i need to get gifts such as oli speaker, selfe stick and vr glass the offer valid from aug 1 to september 15. But they didnt given that gifts. I am from tvm, kerala. Pls shedule that gifts from tvm pothys immediatly.

My wife had purchased 03 chooridar material on 09.07.2017 for rupees of 2316.00 from pothys tvm and paid the amount (Invoice no.003353, batch no.000029, time 17.37:05) through sbi debit card (Name of the cardholder is s rajeevan). But now we have checked our account summary, it is found that the above said amount has two times debited.

Please return the amount to my account at the earliest please.

Myself Naveen Kumar from Bangalore, Today 17th May 2017 I have visited Pothys Trichy & In my car dash board I had kept around Rs.600/- new notes of Rs.20 & Rs.10/-,
I have opted for Valet parking, Mr.Subramain driver who has taken for valet parking on my return all the currency were missing & other few items such has Pen Drive, Phones Head Phones, MP3 Cd’s where missing.
I have complained to parking supervisor Mr.Selvam, about the incident, Mr.Selvam has not even bothered to listen to my complaint & not even consider my request…. & not even provided complaint register to register my complaint… after forcefully he had provided the ruled book to enter my complaint…..
Car Commuters please be careful while opting for valet parking in Pothys Trichy.
Such a ridiculous request from Pothys Trichy.

I got a salwar from pothys Coimbatore on 10th December 2016. Product code is [protected] .There was no defect noticable at the time of buying.But after a month, when I took to wear it, many tiny defects could be seen.the fibres of the cloth started giving away.The price of the clothing is 2160rs and the entire amount has gone waste.the defects are in such a way that it's so difficult to stitch them.kindly see to this matter at the earliest n provide a solution to this matter.
We aren't satisfied at all with this kind of service from such a reputed textile shop.

Sir we have purchased a silk saree samuthrika pattu from pondy showroom on 27.11.2015 and well maintained and wear for wedding functions and .now it developped a cut in many places and suspected a poor quality yarn and seeking replacement by new and good quality one as early.ON Contacting sales manager and silk wing incharge mr sakthivel proved futile and needs early solvation please.

My mother was harrased yesterday by the staffs of Pothys trivandrum. She had purchased many items yesterday and had misplaced an item in of the bags she had bought from the clotheas section. The staff pointed this out while billing and she admitted she had forgotten and misplaced it. But they treated her badly and accused her of stealing and charged 5 times the amount of the item as penalty. She is a working woman working in central government. Though she admitted her fault that she had forgotten and misplaced it, they were not ready to hear anything. We were regulare customers in Pothys, and many a times they had wrongly billed the quantity/price of products. We had never accused them.

A salesperson at 1 floor bridal sarees section who was showing us sarees got irritated just after showing few sarees which took just 10 mins.. when we decided to move he was like why the hell are you moving away with out buying anything, he was literally using swear words at us. I was shocked. How can he expect us to pick a saree which we don't like.. I had my cousins who are 17 years old they were also showed by his action. But we moved on with out making a show. How can this happen in such a familiar showroom. Won't it destroy the shop's reputation. I would be happy if he apologised to us.

On 30 september 2016 i bought dress and the bill no is sd18 for amount rs 738. I made the payment though debit card (524254xxxxxx0904). The first time the guy who did the swipe said there is chip error and swiped for the second time and transaction happened successfully.

Now the issue is the amount has been debited twice from my account and credited to pothys. The transaction reference numbers are[protected] &[protected].

I don't know why the people are taking it easy and i got my call cut when i was waiting for them to transfer the call to accounts section.

The initial people on call were telling the amount would return back in 24 hours but nothing of that sort has happened til now.

Kindly take this as a serious issue and return back my money.

As per bill No.[protected], dated[protected], shopping done and requested to deliver them in my home at Chinnanamalai, Saidapet, Chennai 600015. Yesterday nobody turned-up and today also several times remaindered through Mobile and their Telephone Numbers, but no proper response.
Tomorrow morning we are leaving for a home ceremony & will return only in the evening. Why this much delay? We feel very bad about your promise and this type of delay! Please take immediate action against the delivery section staff and ask them to keep their promise in future.

I used to visit Pothys, Trivandrum frequently. Whenever I have been visited their parking area, one Tamil person seems like supervisor abuses every customer who wants to park their. He is very arrogant. He shouts on every customer. Despite of large empty space available, he was not allowing any customer to get into the area. He was redirecting everyone to the parking area beside Jayalekshmi textiles. There also the Story is same.

In saturday purchase rs 8000 value in bajaj emi card purchase on cross cut show room. Buy allen solly pant rs 1200 after 50 percent discount colour was satin gold. Today morning wear the pant for my wedding celebration pant button automatically cut and zip was not working and stiches after sitting my bike automatically cut.in your tv add mentioned discount kept on good quality.
Kindly resolve the my issue asap.

I got a shirt for my father yesterday in tirunelveli pothys. That shirt is so shrunk & never gets ironed. When we took back, ppl say we can't replace it. And they argue" who else will get that shirt?" Does that mean we are obliged to use that shirt? Worst of all... We decided never to get shop again in pothys, when you ppl don't really mind customers! Really! Their is no etiquette!

I am residing at mahalingapuram and iam your regular customer as me and my family purchase weekly around rs20000 worth of goods from your pothys boutique outlet, and i used to purchase your material and give it for tailoring to your tailor master at your store but getting delivery was very tough as most of the time they wont be any staff to deliver me the dress after 9pm as only that time i would be free and also i have stated this several times to a person at your basement office and he also promised me that it wont happen again and today i called the supervisor in the tailoring section and told that i will be coming to the outlet at 9.30 pm and requested him to keep it ready and so he even told the amount which has to be paid for the three pants which was given for stitching before ramzaan and also he said that he will handover it to the staff named veerapan and he asked me to come before 10pm to collect the dress and so i came to the store at 9.44pm and when i enquired with the staff named veerapan he said that he didn't know about it and he asked me to come the next day.

I was really frustrated and irritated and veerapan was just sitting with a least bothered attitude and he did not even try to communicate with anyone and i was standing so long hoping that he will get me the dress and also he didn't have the courtesy to respect someone and he told me if you want you complain to the manager and i felt very bad as this is not the way you should run a store as even i am a owner of 2 petrol bunks and various diversified businesses, this is not the way you should treat a customer and i also tried to complain the issue to the person sitting in the basement office and he said that he is busy with the cash counting. You should remember that your customers are your asset and don't lose your customer recruiting such irresponsible and giving false commitments, i am very much shocked to see such bad customer service sir. Please don't treat any other customer like this and then you will lose your loyal customers. Hope you will understand the pain and treat customer feedback properly.

Dear sir, i am a regular customer of pothy's for years. I am a marketing manager of a construction company based in cochin. Today i have visited your grocery section at thiruvananthapuram pothys for buying some tetra pack juices for my brother who has arrived with his family from dubai. He is very particular about tetra pack juices. I normally picks tropicana orange juice. But today i have seen a different orange juice "24 mantra orange juice" 200 ml in your racks. When i called my brother, whether he is interested in that juice, he just told me that to send a photo of the pack through whatsup. When i was trying to take photograph, one of your employee no 3406, maheswari reached the place and asked me not to take photograph of the product. She was very rude. Still i thought if it is a rule it is to be followed and not photos taken. But i started to write down the ingredients and rate in my left hand as i had no piece of paper at that moment. To my shock, maheswari again objected that i cannot write anything on my hand from pothy's store. Surprising. She was violating my own human rights. I want to make it a complaint through legal procedures available in the country and go for a compensation for humiliation by your staff in front of other customers. You can view the entire episode in your camera recording. It has happened between 12 noon and 1 pm today[protected]. I will go for further legal filing only after getting a reply from you. You people are making the customers fool by giving the adi sale. There is no adi sale or no offer giving. Simply you are giving the offer as buy one and get one free, but actually u r taking the amount for that also. And also giving free vegetables for that also you people are charging only. There is nothing free you are providing. Wat ever products we are buying you are charging as extra by the name of adi sale. My humble request is not to buy any products from pothys.

This is the second time im receiving bad behaviour from pothys salesman
First one was at kids section. We were selecting a stroller for my kid.. When my mom asked the salesman whether u have any other collection.. That reply was we are not hiding anything at godown... When i asked about his attitude his reply was like threatening... He insulted my family.. I searched for floor manager but he was not there and some people working there came to me and said please don't complain he will lose his job... Then we decided to leave the issue... And bought a stroller worth 7000 through other salesmans,

Now today july 4 at chappal section.. I bought two shoes and after that i went to buy a chappal i bought one after that i checked the size of another one.. I untagged the chappal, that made a salesman angry and talked very rough.. We also replied in the same way... The overall experience at pothys these days are very bad... We were one of the most visited customers of pothys from the beginning when they started the shop... Now the salesman behaviour is very bad
Somebody has to stop this...
