I placed an order from Pothys T Nagar via video shopping and payment done on 26th October 2021 but order not yet shipped....

The MRP of a product is higher in the bill given.
Product name : Maggi coconut milk powder.
In your bill the MRP is mentioned as Rs110, but the orginal MRP is Rs100.
I had already mailed the details to your authority, but no response from your side.
Because of this the faith on your firm is gone.

I am one of the happiest customers of Pothys. I travelled all along from Karur to Trichy for diwali purchase at Pothys. First of all we entered into 2nd floor ladies section for chudidhar purchase the way the staffs treated us was really made us feel heavy hearted. There were 2 male staffs and one was very rude in his face and made us to feel that why did I travel a long way to purchase here spending a lot money in fuel...

Today we purchase for 7000 rs today. They said to check on the gift items . We gave the bill . They gave another bill. When we gave to the lady who is wearing saree she misplaced the bill. When we enquired she is not answering properly . While questioning she behave very rudely. Shouted disrespectful. We are ardent customers we didn't expect this kind of customer service . Unhappy...

Yesterday I went to pothys salem branch for diwali purchase... In 5th floor in Mens section while buying pant Mr.RAJESH(staff) who attended us didn't gave proper respect for us.. His behavior was very lethargic and disrespectful to us... Because of his behavior we left pothys.. And he created bad impression over pothys..
And we were very disappointed with pothys...

The bill packing number for this is f413 and the totall amount of that particular bill is 6964. I had made a purchase from pothy's for jewelry worth 3k which turned out to be of extremely cheap quality, I want to return the product as it is along with its original tags and get my refund.

We purchased 5 sarees worth 28075 from Pothys Whatsapp Call. From the 5 sarees four of the sarees are defective. They are not ready to give us our money back nor provide an exchange of these sarees. Basically looted us by giving us cheap and defective sarees. Can share only one picture but the same time of defect is present in all the sarees....

We purchased kids night dress in the pothys chromepet on sept 10 2021.. we bought nearly 5 night dress in banian cloth.. all the pants got teared at the leg joint on the day of wearing itself.. it's not about stitching.. the material quality is soo unworthy that as soon as the kid stretches the leflg, the joints in the pants teared.. I want this complaint to be addressed and either refund the money or give me a good return...

We have bought jeans on 27th August and length to be adjusted .They told to come next day but till now nobody lifting the Landline and We did not expect irresponsible approach by Pothys....

I have been to pothys bangalore kg Road for saree shopping, I am very sure I carried a helmet while entering the shop, after returning back I left my helmet in shop itself, I called today morning 12th August, but they said they don't have any helmet. Today I went to pothys chennai, I ordered a tea in cafeteria, person in billing asked Rs 20, I asked him why 20, used to pay 10 before corona, he answered that they changed from 10 to 20 now, I shocked and felt very bad about pothys management, within Six month how one can increase the rate 100 percent

They opened the cafeteria for customers to refresh while they purchase?

But they are now greedy to earn money...
