    I have purchased via WhatsApp online shopping and I paid for my package fee plus customs here. When I received my items I got one chudithar was damaged I have messaged them and they said it’s not damaged and nothing wrong with it even I send so many pictures they saying it’s material is like that I never saw material like that in my life. I am trying upload so many pictures but it’s not allowing me. Back side fully damage in the front some stone is damaged and front also have material issue.

      I visited Trivandrum Pothys today morning. After purchasing my items from the stationary (vegetables) section, I went to the billing desk. Multiple staffs were crowding near the bill section billing their own items and continuously wasting everyone's time by talking on and on with the billing staff. Also there wasn't sufficient social distancing which when I enquired why aren't they maintaining social distancing they got silent. Please try to make sure that the staff aren't crowding on the billing section like that often and try not to keep other customers in waiting cause they have places to be.

        This is in reference to bill no DC95 dated 9th July generated from pothys Madurai store whereby we purchased 4 silk sarees today amounting to INR 15660 and despite confirming to us that blouses are not packed by salesman and charged in full no blouses are packed.
        I am very upset with this approach & it simply spoil the image of pothys brand.

            I bought a new mobile. It is not working properly from the first use.batter gets down very fast and takes 7_8 hours to fully charged. Network gets always disconnected. given me the product without proper checkup.

                  Worst experience in my lifetime.
                  We ordered for more than 7604INR.
                  From your new ernakulam Branch.
                  I ordered provisions and fruitsfrom Qatar to my old parents and found all rotten and stale fruits mango, watermelon, Blueberries, pinnaple.

                  This will be our last order from our whole family in kerala.

                  We informed the customer care through message and got just ignored us.

                        I had ordered grocery from pothy's online grocery store . Order No ODD26377... Now staffs are calling and told me many of things are out of stock and many items have got change in price..
                        why u people are not putting correct price on website ?

                              Hi Team,
                              This is to bring to your notice that I had bought a silk saree on 18th May 2018, and I had just worn it once, and I have observed that the border of the saree is torn at two to three places. I am highly disappointed with this defect/Fabric improper in my saree. For your information I have been a regular customer of pothys and I have purchased several sarees from Pothys chennai and Tirunelveli branches.

                              Kindly help me in fixing this defect, I cannot drape the saree anymore as it is visibly torn at two to three places and I haven't touched it and just noticed it yesterday about the defect in it.

                              Please provide an workaround to resolve this issue and get it fixed at the earliest.
                              Let me know in case you need any information.

                                Today in pothys Salem I received a different pack that I haven't purchased. I received someone else parcel instead of mine.That parcel amount is 169 but inside that I could find 80RS worth one key chain only. Either I want my parcel back that I purchased or refund the amount ASAP. I have receipt that I purchased as a proof.

                                  We went to Chennai T-Nagar pothys today afternoon. We went for a product exchange. We went to ground floor and said about the issue. Also we added that we do not have bill. They asked us to go to 6 floor and change the product. When we went there they asked us to go to first floor and exchange thaw sarees. But I’m first floor they said that the saree has to be exchanged at Pothys Hyper. We went there but they said that the saree has to exchanged only at T Nagar branch. We really got frustrated. Again we went to T Nagar pothys and again They instructed Us to go to first floor. They asked us to wait. We waited for 30 min. When we went and asked they said that they cannot exchange that saree.
                                  We really really got angry on their customer service. Also the manager was not ready to respond to our query. We kept that saree in the table and we left the shop with greater disappointment.

                                    Nobody's show blowses to my spose in blowse section @ now, Kindly advice your staff about customer's satisfaction.I and my family were regularly visiting the Trichy shop, this is the second time I felt insulted. We are the last generation people visiting shops directly for purchasing, but the next generation goes on line purchase whichy is highly friendly, fully customer focused.
