Worst experience in my lifetime.
We ordered for more than 7604INR.
From your new ernakulam Branch.
I ordered provisions and fruitsfrom Qatar to my old parents and found all rotten and stale fruits mango, watermelon, Blueberries, pinnaple.

This will be our last order from our whole family in kerala.

We informed the customer care through message and got just ignored us.

I will sharing my experience to the whole South Indian state through all available Social Media.

This should not happen to others.

I have given online orders for grocery.
Its been three days.
They are not deliverying the items.
When i called they said they will deliver at home.
Here its nothing left to cook.
Waiting for 3days.
With isolation patients.

They are doing wrong to the people.

Its lock down now. I feel the crew is cheating

I had ordered grocery from pothy's online grocery store . Order No ODD26377... Now staffs are calling and told me many of things are out of stock and many items have got change in price..
why u people are not putting correct price on website ?
So this is my first pathetic experience through online purchase...

I have purchases wide debit card with Pothys, without my knowledge cashier redeemed my debit card cashback points. also not reduced in my bills, i fully paid the bill amount. after few days i checked my debit card points history, I socked full points redeemed by pothys.

This is to bring to your notice that I had bought a silk saree on 18th May 2018, and I had just worn it once, and I have observed that the border of the saree is torn at two to three places. I am highly disappointed with this defect/Fabric improper in my saree. For your information I have been a regular customer of pothys and I have purchased several sarees from Pothys chennai and Tirunelveli branches.

Kindly help me in fixing this defect, I cannot drape the saree anymore as it is visibly torn at two to three places and I haven't touched it and just noticed it yesterday about the defect in it.

Please provide an workaround to resolve this issue and get it fixed at the earliest.

Today in pothys Salem I received a different pack that I haven't purchased. I received someone else parcel instead of mine.That parcel amount is 169 but inside that I could find 80RS worth one key chain only. Either I want my parcel back that I purchased or refund the amount ASAP. I have receipt that I purchased as a proof.

We went to Chennai T-Nagar pothys today afternoon. We went for a product exchange. We went to ground floor and said about the issue. Also we added that we do not have bill. They asked us to go to 6 floor and change the product. When we went there they asked us to go to first floor and exchange thaw sarees. But I’m first floor they said that the saree has to be exchanged at Pothys Hyper. We went there but they said that the saree has to exchanged only at T Nagar branch. We really got frustrated. Again we went to T Nagar pothys and again They instructed Us to go to first floor. They asked us to wait. We waited for 30 min. When we went and asked they said that they cannot exchange that saree.
We really really got angry on their customer service. Also the manager was not ready to respond to our query. We kept that saree in the table and we left the shop with greater disappointment.

Nobody's show blowses to my spose in blowse section @ now, Kindly advice your staff about customer's satisfaction.I and my family were regularly visiting the Trichy shop, this is the second time I felt insulted. We are the last generation people visiting shops directly for purchasing, but the next generation goes on line purchase whichy is highly friendly, fully customer focused.

Pothys trivandrum employees are not wearing mask while they walk outside the building. Please inform them to wear mask even if they walk outside. We will have to call the police if they do not wear mask. I have seen many people not wearing mask and walk on the street(with pothys uniform) and some even wear mask on their chin ( not covering their mouth and nose). I have noticed many times when they walk out after their daily shift gets over. Please do not be the reason for corona's increase in Trivandrum City.

I placed an order on Oct 29th. It was supposed to be delivered by November 5th. So far it is not been processed and there is no reply from the customer care. I would like to cancel my order and get a refund of my money. Pathetic online shopping experience from pothys. Please revert back quickly.

I have ordered in pothys online shopping website due to corona.Order delivery adress is chidambram in tamil nadu.I thought i will receive dress for diwali in minimum 15 days .I ordered in last week october .Still not received dress or call from company also.Worst thing is pothys website where iam not able to see anything in track order.It doesn't even shows whether they have packed the material or not.Also, for the past few days, i have tried contacting them numerous times in call, whatsapp even in facebook profile page.no one responds.I called pothys shop directly, theypicked it, where they tried calling responsible person which also failed.Also, there is no order cancel option in their website.It works like a scam where they will get your money, and wont even send goods for long time and wont respond.Pls dont buy in pothys online.They have worst customer service.no one picks ur call.And even if they pick they said they dont know anything
