It's extremely ashamable things happened from the staff and security of the fifth floor.. Of gift section at 7 o clock pm [5 October 2019] we have faced insulting and criminal behaviour from fifth floor gift items selling staff of Pothys trivandrum mg road we have taken that worst experience taken in mobile.. We requesting to take further action against this senseless staff as soon as possible...

Yesterday 08.09.2019 we purchased grocery items around rs.3, 500/- when we make a bill they asked us for delivering the product above Rs.1000/- free of service with the same day. But till yesterday night they are not delivered the goods. The items were necessary for Monday 09.09.2019 usage urgently(1st fresh working day all are get tensed). when we contracted the customer care of the Pothys Hyper they says that due to manpower shortage tomorrow...

Today[protected] me and my mother went to 1st floor, chudidhar section in that place am not clear about the person, but the person response is too worst he behavior is too harsh, is this correct way to treat the customer? Really i hate to buy it? But the same person treating customer good when they look like too rich (What ever it may we also here to buy your products only), kindly advise your salesman to treat everyone...

One of the worst experience in recent times at pothys hyper basement. My mother ordered groceries, food items like vegetables and fruits for festival around rs. 900 at 11 am on 8 august 2019. They gave an option of free door delivery and none of the products delivered till end of day. After multiple follow ups, the products are not delivered still and the shop got closed. Today i have purchased in trivandrum pothys. Sales girl in this section was not ready to cut the blouse piece she ask me to take polycotton blouse. From your shop we didn't expect this type of rude behaviour. Ask them and tell them to behave politely to the customer. We are not there employees to give warning to us.

Today i have visited your selam store, i have tacken 2 photos to compare with reliance and purchase beat price where i get. But your facilities are told me not to tacke photo while billing at last. Iam writing to express my dissatisfaction about the customer service in your Trichy branch.
The employees are extremely rude especially the security guards . Particularly, a security guard named Shankar was abusing me verbally when I took my vehicle from the parking.

I didn't expect this kind of behavior in pothys.
Better you can collect parking fee from the customers rather than I'll treating them in the name...

The customers who come to buy the products do not have to undergo behaviors and moods of the fools like some kanikairaj named who works the vegetables section on the 4th floor. I purchased running material worth of rs 6655 on 15 that april 2019 at pothys t nagar chennai.. I am living in chennai and customer of your concern for decades. I bought a saree on 8th of feb in your trichy showroom. After removing the blouse the length of the saree is too short than that of a regular one. It is only 4.5 m in length and hence it cannot be worn. If customer is ur first perference then u are suppose to please them and show all the products to them the sales people who are working here at madurai pothys worst behavior to the people and there is no proper managers here... Bill no. 10/466193 dated jan 6th 2019. Amt rs 4905. Prompt door delivery is not there for the past two months. Particularly this month door delivery is too delayed and also 50 percent of items in the bill are missing. No proper response from the store manager or store in charge when a complaint is registered. I have used my indian bank debit card for purchasing cloths and accessories in pothys, tnagar, chennai on 22.10.2018 for a value of rs.896... When i am swiping my card it will take too much time and finally the merchant copy comes and shows that your transaction failed due to time out... I have visited madurai pothys today, i was looking for branded sarees section and shirt in the branded sections, i feel like humiliated by the service they provide, they behave rude to the customers, one or two customers were too felt awful by their service
I feel pothys is getting egoistic as their brand value has grown, very worst service very bad behavior...

I visited the website http://silkmarkindia.com/index.php/customsearch and tried to identify the registered user.

To my surprise, the search neither displayed any name & address nor any error message.

Please look into the matter and help...

I had purchased a silk cotton saree from Pothys shop at Chennai Domestic Airport. Starting I had noticed there were two black dots on the saree of which I had bought to the notice of the shopkeeper. I had asked for exchange Within the same rate but he said exchange was only available of the same pattern sarees which I did not because I did not like other colours of the same pattern. Shopkeeper said it was gum and would go after dry cleaning....
