      Hi. I am from coimbatore. Went for purchase on 30/07/2020 to gandhipuram as the on-line shopped dress had a damage so for the exchange purpose I went. Seriously I have never experienced such a bad thing.. The saree I purchased is for 3500 which is named as softsilk I had a damage the saree in the latest model was worst all 10 to 15 sarees had some damages like weavin holes, extra threads, dye mark, ink marks and finally crow ### as well.. When we raised a complain to floor supervisor he said like we will check on these items.. How without quality check ur displaying sarees in front of CUSTOMER. After multiple check only the saree should be dispalyed to us right

      Finally without satisfying I moved to townhall pothys to exchange the saree .. The same there was not even single saree collection of same soft silk at 3500..i then increased my budget to 5000 and I got just 4 sarees on softsilk model.. All we're same colors green with pink. Green with blue, and then some dull 2 colors.. It took me a day to select just one saree.. So I just went with green with blue.. I forced me to take that saree just bcoz ter was no collections and quality good sarees.. After 2 days when I wore that saree.. Everyone asked me as this saree is not worth for 5500 it doesn't look like soft silk it just looks like mixed of someother threads as wll.. But the ppl who sole told me this is a pure silk.. Worst experience ever in phothys.. As I stay near to Kerala border it took me to reach shop 1 hour and spent whole day to find one good saree.. But not even satisfied with that as well

      Last September and October I purchased sarees, vesti, shirts, pants all for 4 lakh rupees for my marriage.. But even though u did not satisfy your regular CUSTOMER.

              We have purchased sowbaghya tower fan from pothys in the month february. But now the fan stopped working by the month end in march.. I were tried to contact to make a complaint with pothys due to lock down i couldn’t contact regarding this issue. Pls solve my problem as soon as possible.. And even i tried to contact through this consumer complaints cell but no response

                Hi, i've placed an order ord_6734 on march 21st and made the payment of rs 8080. Due to lockdown, order is held. I have waited almost a month. You're already aware of the pandemic situation. Now i'm in need of fund. And also the purpose for which saree ordered is cancelled. I want my money back. I tried reaching online shopping queries customer care mrs tamilselvi, no one is picking the call. I received a mail response after so many followups stating that they will process once lockdown issue over and within 30 days.

                I need my money urgently. Hope pothys team undertstands a customer situation. Awaiting your revert

                  The security personal in the two wheeler parking area mr. Shanmugavel at trichy pothys is a worst behavioral person, with absence of attitude.

                  I am visiting pothys for the past 3 years in trichy, till 14.03.2020 no one is asked me or any customer about the bills purchased for reference.

                  But on 14.03.2020 i used to argue with mr shanmugavel security regarding for help to move my bike (Re) he refused to help so i asked him this is your duty know. He replied that only monitoring the two wheeler is their duty and issuing token.

                  When i was taking my two wheeler from parking he asked to to show the bill, i asked him you didn't checked with any one to show the bill, he didn't replied and went off. Sir treating customer with gentle attitude will make you grow, street dogs like that person will take your gratitude fall,

                  Again he acted like this on 15.03.2020 with my brother and me. He is not worth able for your company and name.

                  Sorry for the word dog because his attitude is like that and i was totally upset and planned to avoid to come on pothys hereafter.

                    I have been emailing and also whatsup maxwell to assist me as customs charged me half the price of what i paid for the saree, when i was buying the saree i told maxwell i do not want to pay anything when it comes here, i have proof in messages sent to maxwell on whatsup.

                    Aslo he said management going to pay for customs duty after i complained then after that he didn't respond then i asked again then he say no pothys cant pay, now that pothys got my business no after care service.

                    I bought for rs39999 from pothys and you treat customer so bad, i email to [protected]@pothys.com no response plus email came back undelivered.

                    I ask maxwell for manager number he says no.

                    I am very upset and disappointed with pothys.

                    If i don't get response urgently i will go on social media and tell people how you treat customer after getting business.

                    Customs told me that pothys put incorrect hs code and i asked maxwell to check he didn't come back i asked invoice he not responding.

                      Please refer to bill no 10/1454417 on 25th jan time 11:18:32 am
                      I brought 9 items. 1st one was onion big gor rs 101.90
                      I paid the total bill of rs 478./ the packing boy packed on a cartoon.
                      But when i opened the cartoon at home the onion big is missing.
                      I checked the cctv footage on 25th and 28th on level 2nd data room.
                      After putting all items in cartoon there is no vedio.
                      I strongly suspects some security flap in pothys system.
                      I request top management intervision to resolve this gap in logistic management.

                        We brought a saree, because of some reasons we thought of exchange it. At the billing area, that we went, they said to wait for 3 hours. After some hours they told this product will not be exchanged and with a harsh reply. Our time and money wasted. Made them to make the reply a sudden, if you can or not. This is not okay and acceptable. As all people getting exchanged this one is not to be exchanged they can tell us right this product will not be exchanged at time of billing. I think this saree is not selling a lot. So they didn't exchanged to us. The manager, we talked, gave us a harsh and rude reply, they are saying all the wrong things, they are many reasons to not to take that saree. Not acceptable this is wrong too bad i am very angry of this matter hereafter i will not come to this company

                          It's extremely ashamable things happened from the staff and security of the fifth floor.. Of gift section at 7 o clock pm [5 October 2019] we have faced insulting and criminal behaviour from fifth floor gift items selling staff of Pothys trivandrum mg road we have taken that worst experience taken in mobile..                             Yesterday 08.09.2019 we purchased grocery items around rs.3, 500/- when we make a bill they asked us for delivering the product above Rs.1000/- free of service with the same day. But till yesterday night they are not delivered the goods. The items were necessary for Monday 09.09.2019 usage urgently(1st fresh working day all are get tensed). when we contracted the customer care of the Pothys Hyper they says that due to manpower shortage tomorrow i.e today 1st lot delivery they will do. But upto today evening 5.55p.m. they are not delivered and moreover we called up more than 5 times about the delivery. i was told that it is in line for delivery. Now a days they are giving false commitment and mental agony and stress they are creating to the customers. Why they are voluntarily asking for delivery to the customers if they are not in a position to delivery.

                              Today[protected] me and my mother went to 1st floor, chudidhar section in that place am not clear about the person, but the person response is too worst he behavior is too harsh, is this correct way to treat the customer? Really i hate to buy it? But the same person treating customer good when they look like too rich (What ever it may we also here to buy your products only), kindly advise your salesman to treat everyone are equal when they entered into pothys.

                                One of the worst experience in recent times at pothys hyper basement. My mother ordered groceries, food items like vegetables and fruits for festival around rs. 900 at 11 am on 8 august 2019. They gave an option of free door delivery and none of the products delivered till end of day. After multiple follow ups, the products are not delivered still and the shop got closed. Very pathetic service. They should have atleast informed us that due to festival they are not able to deliver on time, please make an arrangement. No proper response from management.

                                Not recommended for free door delivery.

                                  Today i have purchased in trivandrum pothys. Sales girl in this section was not ready to cut the blouse piece she ask me to take polycotton blouse. From your shop we didn't expect this type of rude behaviour. Ask them and tell them to behave politely to the customer. We are not there employees to give warning to us.
                                  Another incident also in the parking area as lam in rest ihave some difficulty in carrying weight so i ask the guard to help me to lift the vechile. He didn't help me and talk rudely. We didn't expect this.

                                    Today i have visited your selam store, i have tacken 2 photos to compare with reliance and purchase beat price where i get. But your facilities are told me not to tacke photo while billing at last. I told ok. Again they stopped me to do the payment. Ok i started to go out that time they pulled my hair and used obuse language. 3rd class and cheep level people. Even manager dint ask anything. He simply watching the film. I[censored] not take action i will give complaint to police regarding this.

                                      Iam writing to express my dissatisfaction about the customer service in your Trichy branch.
                                      The employees are extremely rude especially the security guards . Particularly, a security guard named Shankar was abusing me verbally when I took my vehicle from the parking.

                                      I didn't expect this kind of behavior in pothys.
                                      Better you can collect parking fee from the customers rather than I'll treating them in the name of free parking as beggers.

                                      We spend lot of money in your shop but in return this is what we get from you.

                                      We Didn't expect you to satisfy us at least you can respect us.

                                      Sooner your reputation will be gone
                                      Remember Mahathma's words,
                                      "A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption of our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider of our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favour by serving him. He is doing us a favour by giving us the opportunity to do so."
