Hi...I'm from Krishnagiri..I traveled nearly 100 kms to salem pothys with my family for pongal purchase...we purchased clothes for kids and women...in that, in women's section..we selected some tops ..then a staff came and asked clothes for billing...we gave them and we moved to see some other stuffs...they didn't bill that and didn't get it...even after we reminded her once...finally they didn't bill that and we lost the clothes...Also the same thing happened in kids section...we reminded them and made them to bill the clothes...we purchased more clothes.so we couldn't check particularly everything and also time's up there.After we reached home, we took the bag to see the clothes we bought...we really upset after finding the clothes missed...then we checked and called the customer care number...they didn't attend the call.
If the staffs cannot able to bill the clothes, we can do that right...Am I wrong?...Really we got upset.
