Pothys — Im complaining about the Chennai pothys customer service | |||
We went to Chennai T-Nagar pothys today afternoon. We went for a product exchange. We went to ground floor and said about the issue. Also we added that we do not have bill. They asked us to go to 6 floor and change the product. When we went there they asked us to go to first floor and exchange thaw sarees. But I’m first floor they said that the saree has to be exchanged at Pothys Hyper. We went there but they said that the saree has to exchanged only at T Nagar branch. We really got frustrated. Again we went to T Nagar pothys and again They instructed Us to go to first floor. They asked us to wait. We waited for 30 min. When we went and asked they said that they cannot exchange that saree. We really really got angry on their customer service. Also the manager was not ready to respond to our query. We kept that saree in the table and we left the shop with greater disappointment.
