I am reaching out to you as a last option to help with an online order. I have ordered for a pink saree and received a green saree. I paid 1980 for the pink saree. Atta hed are all the images for your reference. Please help me with this order. Either accept the return or give me exchange. Don't penalize the customer who with so much trust place an order with you. I am hopeful that you will act ethically. Myntra might not be trusted but Pothys is a trusted brand and i want to be loyal to it. I have sent an email to Pothys enquires ID too.
