Hi this is dhivya i'm a regular customer for pothys super market and also showroom i'll very much dissatisfied for last 2 months and also this time because wholesale section there was less manpower and no one care for customer and didn't mind customer request and also the kitchen item section ladies are talking only their colleagues i'm also facing the outside customer i know how to satisfied and serve the customer. At the time of starting the supermarket it was good but this last months i met a bad experience. I'm sorry to say i never come in future to supermarket.. Was this information helpful? | |||

Yesterday I went to pothys super store there i ordered pav bhaji taste is very sour and fishy smell so i complained but they did not return the product or refund so throw it in dust bin and come back, and wrote this experience in their customer feedback form. 60 rupees they charged but food is bad but no response from
