I have been emailing and also whatsup maxwell to assist me as customs charged me half the price of what i paid for the saree, when i was buying the saree i told maxwell i do not want to pay anything when it comes here, i have proof in messages sent to maxwell on whatsup.
Aslo he said management going to pay for customs duty after i complained then after that he didn't respond then i asked again then he say no pothys cant pay, now that pothys got my business no after care service.
I bought for rs39999 from pothys and you treat customer so bad, i email to [protected]@pothys.com no response plus email came back undelivered.
I ask maxwell for manager number he says no.
I am very upset and disappointed with pothys.
If i don't get response urgently i will go on social media and tell people how you treat customer after getting business.
Customs told me that pothys put incorrect hs code and i asked maxwell to check he didn't come back i asked invoice he not responding. Was this information helpful? |
