Practo — appointment with a skin specialist which was not booked

I had booked an appointment with a skin specialist through practo for the evening slot. I kept getting reminders from practo about the appointment through sms and emails. It was raining heavily and i was on my way when i called the cliniconly to be told that they said they have no such appointment fixed and they have had many such complaints earlier too with patients claiming to have booked through practo. This practo even has a policy that if the doctor refuses to meet the patient practo will refund rs.1000/-. When i tried to log into that site it refused to open. This whole thing is a big scam.
