Performed a fake surgery by a fake doctor

I have a case of pilonidal sinus, one day i was just surfing through the internet about the disease and by the evening i got a call from practo that we are ready to help you that guy named Amrit was from Bangalore he told me the it is a permanent surgery you won’t get the sinus ever again and the surgery would be performed in one step, i was confused because the doctors i have consulted to in past they told me its a two step procedure not one! I kept asking the doctor as well as the practo consultant amrit that is it true ? How can it be performed in one step ? They said don’t worry and just get it done as soon as you can and the next day only they took me to the hospital i was asked to be on 24hrs fasting and the doctor didn’t appear! He was late ! 2hrs late ! My parents were crying and we were not sure to get the surgery done because of their shabby attitude and then the doctor made big promises to my parents that don’t worry your daughter would be under my hands and this is a one time thing, he took advantage o[censored]s being emotionally weak and innocent at that time, and I couldn’t take all this emotional toll on me i just wanted this phase to pass the doctor took me to the opd and the operation was of 30mins and I couldn’t feel my lower half for next 3-4hrs ! The doctor left immediately after the operation my parents being so innocent they thanked the doc as considering him god and the next i was supposed to get discharged and it was the time to pay the hospital bills, we were told that due to some extra charges and as the doctor used laser during the operation there’s 30k extra we have to pay! My father realised they’re doing a money scam and after the arguments of 4-5 hours they asked to pay 10k extra the total was 1, 10, 000 . We went back home thinking this is all over after getting back home i got a call from the consultant telling me that i discounted your parents for you and the care taker i sent for you to the hospital was saying “kya sundar ladki bhejdi apne” i didn’t like all this but i was relieved that atleast Im not supposed to face all this ever again! but the doctor didn’t even stitch my wound he left a open wound and told us to get dressing everday from his clinic for which he charged us ! The wound was too deep and to get a dressing there was too painful i used shout my soul out and keep crying, on the first day of dressing the doctor after the dressing and consultation took money and gave a hug to me and my mother which I didn’t like, his son at the reception tried to build an unnecessary conversation with me and took my number, his son used to text me flirtatious and inappropriate texts which i had to ignore, for the next 10days of dressing we called a dressing man at home, today after 3months of that surgery I felt that there is a reoccurrence of the sinus at the exact same place, i felt the pain there i called the consultant asking that how this possible and where is that doctor? He told me we don’t have that doctor anymore and again started talking to about things which are not related to my condition like he mentioned i was in Delhi last month I tried to contact you, I tried calling the doctor he didn’t pick up so me and my mother called his son, his son told us that his father left US today itself, call him in the night! My mother called him in the night and when we told him that the sinus is back at the same place he didn’t say a word and later on mentioned that i don’t know how am I supposed to know, my will was shattered and i have been crying a lot in last 3-4 days practo played on us, this whole was waste and im getting ptsd of that opd time . They took our money and that i faced during the operation that pain and suffering was a waste. The name of the doctor Dr Basant Dalmia

I've purchased a product from Practo with Acknowledgment No [protected] (I am having the bill with me)
The product was sold by agent Mamta From Practo. When she was supposed to sell the product, she was very enthusiastic and keep on calling till late at night. But once I made the payment, no one, neither she nor any other agent is taking care of my queries.
I'm very disappointed with the after-sale service. At the time of Selling this product Agent assured that 3-4 patients query will be provided every week but even after a month no any query has been received. So i requested them to switch my product from Practo Reach to Practo Prime.
I am Sending Regular mail to the company and to their agent Mamta also but no one is even Replying. Already, more than 2 month of money is wasted because of their lack of support.
So i request you to please look into the matter and do the needful.

Irresponsibility of Practo Advisers
I was happened to consult practo for kidney stone surgery for my father. During the first consultation, stent was placed and said 15 days time for stone removal and stent removal. Later we have admitted our father on 28th July, 2022 for the aforesaid surgery. They told us not to have food before 8 hours of surgery, and agreed for the same. However, it went on for 18 hours and no food was served and neither the surgery was conducted. Practo people haven't informed anything until we made a call and enquired about the surgery. For our shock, they started saying that some equipment is unavailable and surgery cannot be done. In that case why they made the patient starved for 18 hours? Why false admission was made? There was no proper justification given.
Later my father was discharged on the next day and again asked to get admitted once the equipment is arranged. We again believed that and did the same.
This time my father was admitted in the hospital on 4th August 2022 for stent removal and kidney stone removal surgery. The surgery was scheduled for 5th August, however it didn't happen, as the doctor said the stone might have been passed away and is not seen in the CT Scan. We made our father discharged from the hospital on 5th August in the evening hours. A payment of Rs. 30, 000 was made during the admission process, and post all the bills, we are supposed to get the refund of Rs. 17, 732. It's been almost 5 days now (today is 10th August) and no refund has been made yet. When asked the same, neither the refund initiated message is shown nor the refund is made until date. Until I am following up, I am not receiving any proper communication.
Note: An incident happened at the hospital on the date of discharge which I wanted to bring to your notice is, a wrong bill was shown to us. The bills which were paid by us separately for CT Scan and Ultrasound were included into the amount which we actually paid during admission and a wrong amount of refund was shown. When the question asked, the Practo adviser at the hospital behaved like he is unaware of these things at all. To highlight the case the person named Mr. Mujib doesn't know anything at all. I am not sure why he is appointed or selected for Practo and how he is assisting others. The worst experience I ever faced is with Practo.

Misguide and charge over amount from us

I book a hospital for piles surgery from practo - korak gangulai - [protected], they assure us to make all treatment in maximum amount 35000/- . they asked us for pan, aadhara and health policy copy.
they file amount for 60, 000/- which the maximum amount they said.
I get admitted in hospital on Monday[protected] and get discharge on next day. when they doing discharge they ask to pay 8000 cash from my pocket and i was shocked when came to know that they make bill for 154000/- total.
when i asked to give bill they strictly deny to provide the same.
Firstly they also assure us that all doctor consultant, medicine all thing are included, now all things we have to pay from our pocket.
Today they make appoint of doctor at 3 pm, when i reach hospital then came to know that there is no doctor available today and there is no appointment from practo.
I pay cab charges from my pocket and get pool in hospital. Even i have to buy medicine from my pocket.
now Practo not responding and korak not picking my phone or responding.
i need to file a complain to them, they misguide me, charges lots of money from my health card, and now not responding at all.
Please take necessary action to them so that they never fool to anybody in future.

Fake Assurance, Fake Promise and Cheating
I had gone to surgery. Everything was fine until discharged time. Hospital has made the bill of 55000 near by. My Insurance company approved for 38000 reset money i need to pay from my pocket.
As per the Practro they have promised me on the email to pay now and they will refund the amount in 14 to 15 working days. But still i am following up with the Practro to refund.

Fraud estimate with respect to surgery, misuse my claim

I have undergone a surgery which was estimated as 20 to 25k, but during discharge has misused my claim and was claiming it was tumor which wasn't mention in discharge latter without my consent. Also used 1lac of my cashless claim provding all fake assurance.

Wrong commitment and no response after surgery

Practo is a fraud company. Their executive for business gives wrong commitments. In my case Practo executive Syed Misbahul Rashdeen not just gives wrong commitment but also gives me harassment after surgery. They have no ethnics . Doctors attendant, executives nobody attend you after surgery. They don’t pick up your calls. Helpline number also no use. Better directly approach hospitals for surgery. Practo as middle man get 40 percent commission and forget you after they receive payment. Worst experience of life with Practo.

Intentionally Cancelling prepaid orders

Ordered baby food (Aptamil Stage 2) online on 14th June'22. The concerned webpage of Practo was live & I could able to make order & make payment.
The page shows the orders was successful & they have accepted the order & its ready to dispatch.
After few hours I have received calls from Practo informing that due to technical glitch they will be cancelling the orders & refund will be initiated.
Previously the same things happen on 12th June'22 & they have cancelled
the orders.
This time I refuse to give permission to cancel a healthy order & told them to deliver my order on time. They continuously called me for not less then 4 to 5 time to convince to cancel or restructure the order with cash on delivery payment mode.
I refuse to grant then permission but today 15th June'22 I could able to find that they have cancelled four out of six orders .
Now my grievance is :-
1. When the page of the concerned product is live on website & customer can choose the quantity & make successful payment online they why the company is intentionally cancelling the product with a tag line of technical glitch.
2. Why campany people is calling the customer numeriou time to harass them & force them to cancel the order.
3. Why a successful ready to dispatch order has been canceled without a valid reason.
4. If there is internal problem with the product than why the product is live on the website & open for customer to make orders.
5. Out of six orders why they have cancelled 4 orders . Now is it like they don't have the particular product but still they are taking the prepaid orders any playing with the customers money in the name of refund.
Kindly look into the issue on urgent basis as its a concern of my baby .

The seal was broken in the package delivered to me and the package was poorly packed and the medicine bottles were all out of plac
I ordered a combo pack of a solution from practo and it was supported to be delivered by 2 days. But they delayed and it took 4 days for it be delivered. Finally when the package was delivered, it was poorly packed and the bottles were all over the place. When i checked the medicine package, i was surprised to see the seal was broken. I reported the issue and followed up with them sending multiple messages for 4 days and shared pictures of the order. Finally after 8 days, they responded that the package was delivered in a good condition even when i shared them the picture that seal was broken. PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM PRACTO AS YOU WILL GET MEDICINES WITH SEAL BROKEN OR OPENED. AND THEIR SUPPORT IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN. even after knowing that the seal is broken they refuse to refund me or get their package back. These guys wasted so much of my time and money

Sharing this story - maybe some people get saved with these money-minded doctors
My wife was having a minor hearing issue so we assumed the day has come for wax removal
As most common people will do, we did the same - open Practo look for an ENT specialist who has good experience in his area and has a decent rating.
The doctor was finalized- Dr. Jasveer Singh Noida
Day 1 - as we came for wax removal he did some inspection and came out with results there is no wax in her ears
instead of it he told us her eardrums show a sign of otitis(water inside eardrums).and this could be caused due to her nose allergy.
he explained if the intensity level is high we may have to through surgical procedures.
for better clarity, he asked for an audiogram and ct scan along with a few more tests.
we were advised to visit two laboratories in our area.
all the test were done on the same day and report was collected
Lab : Hearsay Well Speech & Hearing Clinic Noida
Day 2 - we came with all our reports doctor showed us our ct scan and explained nose bone has bent at a certain angle and the flesh around the nose has increased in a significant amount so it would require a surgical procedure. for allergy in the nose, it will require injections at proper intervals.
for ears, he suggested two processes one putting a small device in-ear so water will come out which requires 10k per year
2nd -steroid injections through the ear in proper interval
he advised her assistant to explain all the fees for the procedure then we left.
on the way home I just assured her we will go for the best possible treatment and consider us lucky that it got diagnosed in an early stage.
She barely said any words - cried, sad.. all the emotions
The same night we booked an online appointment with - from Pune
Dr. Santosh Kumar R
we shared all of our reports
after reviewing those ct scans he said it looks normal to him.
and nose bone bend on a certain angle is very common he was surprised how we were advised such procedures in 2 quick meetings
this should be the last step of the processor
otherwise, it should be an oral treatment.
Most interesting thing - the report which shows our eardrums have water of seniority level B was incorrect as he explained the test should be done in such manner otherwise it never give you correct results.
One more interesting outcome- we never have gone through the test he explained
So the question is how we got the report of severity B
we were advised to go with a good lab to conduct these tests.
Day 3 - we got our test done from a different lab and found got severity A(which is perfectly normal)
we have gone through that test for the first time as the process was utterly new for us.
Day 3 - in Lab who produced an incorrect report
you can imagine our anger and all the drama that happened in the lab
In the end lab, Owner was convinced that there was a huge mistake done from their end, She offered a refund for all the tests - which we refused as this was not about money.
and did a small test which shows my wife's ears are perfectly fine.
we came out and advice please don't play with lives as all people don't go for a second opinion and in this case, this would have cost a lot to them.
Day 4- we consulted with a reputed ENT specialist in the city Noida
Dr. Savyasachi Saxena, Ent Specialist
showed all our reports and again ask to conduct those tests for the last time and the results were perfectly normal.
Even the CT scan was all normal.
he prescribed multivitamins and nasal spray
and meditation
In Last 4 days, we come up with so many ups and down we almost forgot why we came for a hospital in the first place
oh yeah I remember - Wax removal
Few questions were unanswered.
What would have happened if we would have not consulted 2nd opinion?
How 1st doctor analyzed CT scan reports so badly?
How he analyzed the water behind the eardrums whiteout seeing the report?
Why did the doctor suggest a surgical processor in the first place even though it can be cured through oral medications?
How we got the report of a test that was never conducted(that is also very high severity)?
Can we blindly trust these test reports where we don't have a clue what is happening and all their complex medical terms?
Am I the only person who has faced this kind of experience?

Did not receive my 2 month salary properly

I Dr.mohasina working as a consultant at practo since April 27/2021 ..did not receive my 2 month salary properly yet...
After sending many mails, practo deposited only very mere amount in my account according to 2 hour plan of 7500/-..
But I Dr.mohasina signed an agreement of 4 hour plan of 20000/-...on May 13/2021
And also 9th May (Sunday) incentive of 2500 had to come for working on Sunday which practo offer..( I do have a voice recording for the same )
And April month salary, I did not receive at all..
Practo team gives irresponsible answers on mails...
There is no proper customer care number..
I worked even during my covid positive illness with severe symptoms..
& Practo does this to a doctor after working so sincerely...
How can any doctor or even patient trust practo

Actually I ordered medicine from practo.they delivered after the given time.ok this is not the main issue actual issue is i told them to sent me my invoice in my email but they only take time rather than solving my issue.and worst app.

About attempts to make me blacklisted in corporate level
As, my known people and relatives have taken my naked photographs which have been unethically and illegally used with some highly technical softwares to make me blacklisted in corporate levels with some conspiracy and jealousiness and they want my death to happen which i want to commit myself but i am feared about my upcoming parkinson disease and other ailments after my attempts for my death so i want to die normally becuase i cant tolerate my ailments after my suicicde attempts otherwise i would have died 3 years before itself. my only request is please dont blacklist me i.e. please dont make me blacklisted I beg sorry to all of this world Please forgive me. I haven't indulged in any porn activities and i am not a porn person and i am not strong I am very weak physically and I wish every one to be happy and live happily and i wish all the best for their career and for their future. every buddy are good by heart and soul and mind. I don't want to complaint about any one because every buddy are good people no buddy are cruel people and i want to help every one to the best of my efforts. I too have limitations but i haven't tried to kill anyone and i love my mother and my mother is my god.

Delivered different brand oximeter and it is a defective product . Expecting refund of money

I have ordered Tashi pulse oximeter for covid through practo app and I was delivered Fingertip pulse oximeter. It was also defective. We thought we could atleast use the product if it works as it was urgent requirement but it is defective. Confirmed the reading with branded oximeter. Branded oximeter shows 97 reading whereas this fingertip defective oximeter shows 70.
I bought a different oximeter from shop as it was immediate requirement. So please take the oximeter back and provide refund. Even invoice does not show the oximeter name.
This is almost like cheating people during this challenging time.
Raised complaint in practo app but issue is not resolved after 48 hours. Sent video of work also to their support mail Id but no response.

I was delivered wrong medicines
I was delivered wrong medicines, Invoice shows correct medicine but medicine in box is different. I raised the concern with customer care but no response even after 48 hrs and they don't have customer care number which is another pain point. My only request was to replace medicines with correct ones which is not done yet.

I had paid on time in month of june for annual ray subscription ; inspite of that within three months they are again calling me and asking me for renewal of subscription. I have provided them their quote and payment reciept ; but still there is no resolution. Looks like some employees are indulging in fraud in practo

I have tried to book appointments with practo one day because my mother suffered a severe injury and was tried to book appointments thrice. They withdrew an amount of 1600 rupees from me and refuse to reply to chats. Continuously ask me to keep waiting, have no telephone number for contacting them and have caused me severe mental distress. I want immediate action taken against this organization that is cheating its customers and stealing their money. When i try to look up the doctors with whom the consultation happened, no record of it is available anywhere in the app. Practo doesn't allow one to keep track of the money that is taken from them. They are stealing from customers and carrying on an illegal business. This was a large amount and this is uncouth and unethical of practo. This organization is thieving corporation that has no moral compass and deserves to be shut down.

Hi, I deleted my practo plus account but the money gets deducted inspite of deleting all my details. I reached out to practo support team but they are not helping in any way. Every month money is getting deducted towards it inspite of me deleting my account details.

I himanshu sharma txn id 90461799 have tried to buy the practo plus at 499 for a month and used my hdfc payzapp card while paying the miney deducted from my account but on practo it said payment isn't received afterwards i tried to contact them several times but no genuine response from their side. At first they send me a link of automated support chat which doesn't have any relational faq or insight over this and then i again mailes them and this time they told me one employee will talk to me soon but i don't know how soon i have paid it on 28 april 2020 and its been more than 24 hours.

Interested in skin rejuvenation i came across this clinic at mulund west, mumbai-400080, called amrit laser & cosmetic surgery clinic.
To my utter surprise the call was attended by an absolutely arrogant (Almost brainless) soul named dr. Dhirendrakumar l. Patil.
Immaterial of ones qualification and social status, one needs to know the way to hold a conversation specially when one is in a noble profession of medicines!!!
It was a public holiday but since clinic was showing open so called him for a possible appointment. His conversation started with... "why people have no common sense" "are doctor your servants" "are they not human beings"
I sincerely pity our education system which is producing efficient doctors but absolute di*hea* in terms of public relations.
A basic lesson in mannerism is must to handle clients.
Thankfully it all happened over phone, or i would have slapped him across face to make him realize that he is just a doctor... Not god.
I wish to take this matter to any extent and teach him a lesson of mannerism which he missed as a fifth grader.
As an unbiased consumer complaint forum, i request you to convey the same to him. The insult and humiliation he caused is beyond repair.
And mention his workdays and work hours clearly at practo, so that no person with common sense troubles him on non working days.

We booked an appointment with Dr.Lenny George von July 19 2019 vide booking reference IGAGPYHRZ0, Rs.1290.
As the doctor was not extending the services we did not consult her. As services were not availed, we requested to refund the amount to M/s Practo and to the clinic -M/s Curefit
We are not getting positive response from both the parties. Request your kind support to raise a complaint in this connection

not publishing negative feedbacks for doctors.

I provide genuine feedback after visiting the doctor. I have seen that practo accepts positive feedback of mine. They do not publish negative feedback. I have always made sure that the feedback does not contain any offensive words, and have proper backing for my feedback. But they simply reject negative feedback. Practo kind of digital platforms are really helpful, but if the review system and feedback are not genuine, it will become a corrupt money making machine which compromises heavily on patients health and life.
I have also heard that they charge a heavy commission on doctor's for good reviews and for getting listed on top even if the doctor is not that good.
Please help me by registering a proper complaint against them so that we can collectively make sure that our health cannot be taken for granted.

provided the incorrect slot

I did book through practo and took the appointment for 2-2:30 pm slot. I had to travel a lot and then after reaching hospital i came to know that practo provided me the incorrect slot as because there is no slots only at 2-3:30 pm... This is a kind of harassment to the patients because one need to prioritise a lot many work and then need to make a plan for the day. Henceforth, patients who are traveling from the other part of the city, it seems to be frustrating that one needs to wait for such a long time. Practo, you can make money and run business but at the same time you should be professional. It is saddening part for me as because one needs to spent a lot while traveling. So you should better compensate.

maltreatment by reputed doctor & hospital

I am writing to formally complain about the professional and medical conduct of dr. Anurag mishra of raghvendra hospital (Shakti khand indirapuram, ghaziabad).
I visited dr. Anurag mishra on mar 17th of 2019. My father was suffering from breathing problem. He started the treatment without doing any preliminary checks on the patient in his own hospital. Despite knowing that his hospital is not occupied with experienced doctors / equipments / support staff; he did not refer us to the correct hospital / doctor. His approach was very casual from the starting and it is because of him that my father reached to a critical life threatening situation within 12 hours.
I would like to request a full review of dr. Anurag mishra's practice methods. I would like an explanation of why he did not order the tests and why he felt it was acceptable to pursue his treatment method.
We have also logged formal complaint with the local police but have still not heard anything positive from them. I request all of you to support me on this case and help us get justice. Also circulate this post as much as possible so that we can alarm everyone about the fake hospital which dr. Anurag mishra is running.
Chronological order of the events
17th mar 2019. Father was suffering from breathing issues. (Bp - 170/100)
We checked in practo for pulmonologist doctor availability and there we found the availability of dr. Maneesh tripathi in raghvendra hospital.
We called the hospital to check the availability of the doctor. Hospital confirmed that the doctor is available on call and asked us to come to the hospital meanwhile they will call the doctor in the hospital.
17th mar 2019 6. 15 pm - we reached raghvendra hospital with the patient (Father) for his breathing issue. Receptionist confirmed that doctor is on the way and asked us to admit the patient meanwhile as his oxygen was showing around 65-70 in the oxymeter.
17th mar 2019 6:45 pm - we admitted the patient (Father) in the hospital in general ward.
17th mar 2019 6:45 pm to 7:15 pm - we asked about the availability of the doctor several times with receptionist and another hospital staff present in the hospital.
17th mar 2019 7:30 pm - owner of the hospital dr. Anurag mishra visited the patient and suggested us to keep him in the hospital for oxygen support. As per him, father had only chest infection which is the reason of his breathing issues.
17th mar 2019 7:45 pm - dr. Anurag mishra confirmed that no pulmonologist is required and he will take care my father within the hospital.
17th mar 2019 11:00 pm - dinner (Daliya) was given to the hospital.
17th mar 2019 11:30 pm - patient (Father) went to sleep.
18th mar 2019 5:30 am - patient's son saurabh sharma woke up and complained that patient (Father) is crying out in the sleep.
18th mar 2019 5:30 am - wardboy / hospital on duty staff said it is normal as he is in deep sleep. He said it is nothing but snoring. He removed the heater from the blanket (Left leg) and confirmed that patient (Father) was feeling cold in the night so he has placed the heater to comfort him.
18th mar 2019 6:30 am - daughter in law sushma sharma reached the hospital and found that patient (Father) was in the unconscious state. He was covered with 2 blankets and was sweating a lot.
18th mar 2019 6:45 am - she removed the blankets and noticed that complete left side of patient's body is badly burned. She called up the wardboy who said it is all because of strong medicine and heater.
18th mar 2019 7:00 am - patient's son saurabh sharma reached the hospital and asked for the doctor. There was no doctor available in the hospital.
18th mar 2019 7:15 am - multiple calls were made to dr. Anurag mishra but there was no response. Patient's son called fortis hospital.
18th mar 2019 8:20 am - dr. Priyanka mishra visited the hospital and started diagnosing the patient.
18th mar 2019 8:30 am - before dr. Priyanka could provide any update on the patient's condition; fortis hospital doctor's team entered the room.
18th mar 2019 8:45 am - fortis team checked the bp which was 90/50. They asked for the avg report which was not done by raghvendra hospital.
18th mar 2019 9:15 am - fortis team said that there is a lot of congestion and patient should be intubated.
18th mar 2019 9:45 am - multiple efforts were being done to make the patient conscious by fortis doctors.
18th mar 2019 10:30 am - fortis team said they can not transfer the patient from raghvendra hospital to fortis hospital due to the critical situation.
18th mar 2019 10:45 am - fortis team put the patient on the ventilator (Which was very old and started working post lot of efforts)
18th mar 2019 11:00 am - fortis team left the raghvendra hospital. Also dr. Priyanka left in between.
18th mar 2019 11:15 am - receptionist reached the raghvendra hospital and called up dr. Ankit tyagi post consulting with dr. Anurag mishra.
18th mar 2019 6:45 am to 11:15 am - multiple attempts were done to contact dr. Anurag mishra but there was no response.
18th mar 2019 11:25 am - dr anurag mishra (Who is only mbbs md and not pulmonologist) arrived in the hospital and formality sake asked for patient's bp and condition.
18th mar 2019 11:30 am - dr. Ankit tyagi (Pulmonologist) from max hospital, vaishali reached the raghvendra hospital and diagnosed the patient.
18th mar 2019 12:00 pm - we left for max hospital with the patient in their (Max hospital) ambulance.
Still my father is serious, please take serious action against dr. Anurag mishra, he is a fraud, call patient on the name of other doctors.

online appointment booking for doctors... practo

I am one of the doctors and have taken practo for patients appointments.
I have taken practo wallet in which i had to deposit some money.
For every patient that gives me a missed call or wrong appointments or patients who do not turn up, my money has been deducted.
My regular complaints to practo have not helped.
Of all appointments yesterday, i saw only one patient and they have deducted my money for 6 patients other were wrong appointments, no show or cancelled appointments, still i am charged for all of them.

providing wrong test reports

Hi,
I have concern over test reports booked through practo, i have approach for vitamin d test on 27th oct & reports get released on 28th nov with a deficiency rate of 3.77 ng/ml but on very next day test of 29th nov on package rate my vitamin d comes 10.03 ng/ml. Result is totally different in both reports w/o having any medicine so there is no authenticity of their reports (Testing lab was (Thyrocare). Attached both reports for your reference. Even after writing an email 3 days back their is no response/acknowledgement over it. I have doubt on my other testings also were they correct or not, i think you just take money & release the standard reports based on lifestyle/culture of delhi ncr?

I have contacted Suman Drug House, Hyderabad over telephone No.+[protected] and requested them to exchange the product. But, they have not responded properly and asked me to contact Practo Pharmacy. I have contacted Practo Pharmacy and as per their online instructions uploaded the prescription, invoice and photo of the product but there is no action till now.
Being a Doctor, I am facing such annoying situation with the ARROGANT and NEGLIGENT Chemist Suman Drug House and the fate of common patients placing online orders with Practo Pharmacy can be imagined.
