I have booked a sleeper ticket with agent of prasanna travel and the agent allote me the ticket which already alloted to someone. After sitting in my seat the manager of travel company came and told me this sit is not booked by you and you have booked a sitting seat after that I have my agent and he told me he is not able to anything and if I am made complaint then the driver just throw out me out of bus .after seeing all this I am definitely sure that company prasanna travels and there agent all are engaged in this big fraud .so be care before you booked tickets from this type of fake companies.

    I HAD BOOKED TICKET OF PRASANNA NATH KRUPA TRAVEL, DATE OF JOURNEY 20.10.14FRM SANGAMWADI TO AKOLA .. very poor service & very disgusting berths... no handle to internal window.. curtain torned out.. i wan refund for the same.. r u making fool to public or what? r u giving free service or what? jus lookinto d matter n refund ma money.. pnr no. 1014-AT76387 doj. 20.10.14 boarding frm : SANGAMWADI 9pm ticket fare: 1300 bus no.: MH 16 T 2799 please find the attached file o[censored]r prestigious bus

      The one of the worst service and attitude of Prasanna Travles nanded office, the persons so called Sai who was incharge of their office was behaving like Don and dont care about their passengers.

      Dirst thing I have booked 3 tickets to Pune online of Purple travels and later when actual journey time came these guys were telling me to travels from a Bus which was no more than Death Cage and dont have any Curtain, Window glasses, seats were broken etc.....So how should one travel with such Bus with family and ladies members.Even they were charging 1100 Rs per sheet while normal charges were 400.

      The main reason behind launching the complain is that they were not sticking with what they say and not listening to consumers problems.Once you buy the tickets you cant do anything.Please help us stop such kind of incidents being happened over and over again.

        Dear Sir,

        I travelled by Prasanna travels from Pune to Nagpur on 9th July, 2010. Booked the ticket through internet and got seat number C3. Upon boarding the bus, I found that the seat was allocated to another passenger alongwith me. Driver, cleaner and even front desk agent sitting in Prasanna Travel's office at Wakadewadi enorced that the berth is for 2 people. But by no means, two people can accommodate in that short space.
        They provided only one blanket for two people. If berth is for 2, then blankets also has to be two. Moreover, TV, light, mofile charging plug were not working at all.
        Driver and clearner's behaviour is 100% rude and careless towards passenger.

        same happen with most of the people...inake driver aur conductor to jaise nawab hi hote hai...apani hi lagate hai...this diwali we had very bad experience with UNCLE travels...ek number faltu travels hai and so irritating .my god...itani gandi seats thi and thode people were so arrogant..it was really very very bad experience..mera bas chale to inki travel band hi karva du...

          I had booked 3 sleeper coach tickets from Amravati to Pune for 26th Jan 09 with Prasanna travels(Irwin office, Amravati).Seat numbers 17, 18 & 26. When we boarded the bus at 9 in the evening from Amravati, I found that on berth number 26, one side window was missing. On asking the driver about what is he going to do to fix it he said, we cannot help it...the wind shield broke and we cannot do anything, you have to sit there as it is. I was furious at the drivers response. One cannot travel 600 Km in the winter that too with an entire window missing...!!! I called the prasanna travels office in Amravati and narrated him the incidence on which he said that " The driver was told to pack the missing window with some metal or paper sheets.After much debate with the driver he agreed to fix a metal panel on the missing windshield. But this didn't help much as the air was still coming in and it was really a chilling journey. We had paid the entire amount for the ticket hence we deserve to be serviced properly. If this is how Prasanna travels work then god help them...!!! I even took snaps of the broken window with the number plate of the bus to take this forward with the consumer forum.

          I Agree. This is the worst private bus service in Maharashtra, mainly for Marathwada. I also have around 3 worst experiences with "Prasanna Travels". They will not provide quality services and will charge like anything. The driver will take illegal passengers throughout the way and will take around 15 hours for an 11 hour journy. Also the buses provided by Prasanna are like a death cage to all passengers. After an horrible experience with them, I have decided not to book a single ticket from them. I am also spreading my experiences with my near and dears so that they can save their lives from such a chip and careless bus service providers.
