My family (3 persons) travelled by purple platinum bus from nagpur to pune on 18th may 2019 with pnr 93055750. The bus reached more than two hours late while also the air conditioner of the bus was defective and finally when passengers complaint, bus staff somehow rectify reluctantly. This caused not only delay and discomfort but the bus had to make unscheduled stoppage. While bus operator has charged huge ticket price as compared to other operators (In fact maximum among all the operators on this route), they should ensure all these. As they could not provide the desired service, company should make partial refund, at least 30% as that is the difference between fare charged by this bus and other ac sleeper buses.

    Dear team

    I have booked 04 tickets from pune to vadodara dated[protected]Prasanna purple executive) my pnr no is 92769905. I had booked ticket from redbus. During booking website shown complete amenities including charging point. As we were travelling for office work we always choose bus with charging facility so that we can work on laptop. But your bus all charging points were not working.

    We already communicated with your customers support team they suggested to drop mail for consolation of issue.

    Today[protected] i have booked 02 ticketa vadodara to pune prasanna purple grand bus but we have got same bus prasanna purple executive by which we had travelled from pune to vadodara. Pnr 93026385

    This kind of service is not expected from prasanna travels. We had faced very bad experience.

    I want consolation for my both bookings.

      I travelled yesterday by Prasanna purple travels below are the details : Dear Customer, For ur journey to Pune-Mumbai (Dadar), pl. board Bus MH-01-CR-3400 DEP. Time[protected]:00 PM, REPORT BEFORE 30 mts. - Prasanna Purple

      I want to inform you about my experience and I want my money back with compensation as this was a mental harrasment :

      1. I was standing with my mother at swargate MSRTC bus stop and an agent comes and said the bus is full and about to leave. He said there are families also so no need to be scared. We went to the purple office at swargate they said bus is arriving in 2 Min I paid rs 600/- for 2 tickets till CBD belapur.

      2. We got in the bus and guess what it's was empty...there were no families and bus guy didn't even stop for 2 Min so that we could complaint at the purple office. We were scared but we had no choice and we started the journey. The driver and helped were extremely rude and they were misbehaving with all the passenger who were asking for help.

      3. Bus stopped at hinjwadi and there was a passenger got in the bus. The bus helper came to take the money from him and asked for 400/- rs but they had a deal of rs 300/-. They Insulted the passenger and made him get down of the bus...it was harrasment to the customer.

      4. On the ghat the driver was driving extremely rash and we were very scared. One passenger got up and told the driver the slow down but the driver didn't listen and continued driving fast.

      5. The bus stopped at Khalapur and I reminded the helper to stop at CBD belapur twice and he said yes. When they reached kharghar I again reminded them to stop at cbd belapur and he said yes.

      6. It was too dark and traffic and he FORGOT to stop at CBD belapur. I checked on map and found that we have already crossed CBD belapur. I told the driver that my stop is already gone he is casually saying ok get down here..it was a dark hill area and nobody was there even no transportation.

      7. After lot of argument and I insulting us Infront of all the Passenger he made us get down at Nerul and we paid 250/- rs from there to our house.

      I NEED COMPENSATION OF MY 600/- THAT I HAVE PAID AND 250/- WHICH IS PAID FOR THE AUTO RICKSHAW AS THIS MENTAL HARRASMENT TO ME AND MY 57 YEARS OLD MOTHER. ALSO I NEES ACTION AGAINST THE DRIVER BALVIR AND HELPER OF BUS NO 3400.

      I HAVE ALREADY COMPLAINT THE SAME AT CONSUMER FORUM

      I SPOKE TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE YESTERDAY HIS NAME WAS SWAPNIL AND HE ASKED ME TO WRITE THIS MAIL FOR MY COMPENSATION.

        I book ticket at purple at online as i get message confirmed ticker and bus sadani on dated 3-5-2019. Now today date 4-5-2019 and bus in ranjangaon form night 11 pm to morning of 4-5-2019. No one responded to us or no any arrangement done as bus default so off but no any arrangements from night. 1 night gone till no any arrangement.

          I am shyam dharmadhikari purple travels customer always i travel with purple but as i book ticket from pune to parbhani on purple site i get sadani bus. It is very dust and smell so bad as i can omit. This is not good service. You will lose your customer if provide like this bus. I am thinking to travel or not and my family also travel or not with this service.

          The bus handlers are very ignorant busy in there work. I tried asking them thrice that when is the bus going to take a hault but there was no response from them. This is absolutely insulting the customer in the bus.

              It is experienced that the air conditioners of your bus are turned off whenever it halts for lunch/dinner. This causes suffocation and uneasiness to passengers who do not alight from the bus as the bus has no windows or other openings for air. There are times when small kids/babies are accompanied with passengers, the little ones become too uncomfortable. Please find some solution to this. You charge highest of the fares so you need to address this issue.

                  2 ladies and 2 new born babies are travelling in your bus mh 26 2112.. The spot which we got was in new destination that are was never used before for picking up customers. And first he said come near bafna bridge and then he said come near baba automobiles and when we reached there he started saying thoda aage aao thoda aage aao, which means that location was also wrong given by your driver. And when we finally reached near bus he started misbehaving with us and was saying to his conductor agli baar aisa late hua to gaadi nhi rukegi, samajhta nhi kya, this is not the way 2 speak when i and brother went into bus for just keeping luggage of our sisters and we said the driver that we are going out again just wait 2 min... But he started moving bus and we were in the bus... And ftr half km he stopped and said haa jaao complain krlo bole... So this is nt d way ur driver behaved... I want some response of my request...👍

                  I had been waiting on stop and the bus driver didn't even bother stopping the bus at the pick up point from Pune to Mumbai
                  This misconduct is severe and action needs to be taken asap... And he says we call and then stop at pickup... But I have travelled before also... Never did it ever happen that they called... I suggest NEVER book purple bus

                      I am apekshit patil, i travelled from pune to nagpur on 15th feb 2019 bus no. (Mh-14-gu-9033)
                      I lost my wife's purse containing jewelry, i called 2-3 times for complaint on [protected], and they transferred my call to specific department and placed complain, but didn't received any updates. I also visit nagpur main prasanna purple ofc near ashirvad talkij and placed the same complain and requested for cctv footage but till now 22 nd feb didn't received any call and msg.

                      Bus AC not working, we complaint to driver but he was not responding we completed entire journey without AC in closing windows. Driver not dropped me at my selected drop point, he asked me to get down at nashik phata. Worst experience

                        I traveled to yavatmal on from prasanna purple travel, pnr # 88546482

                        We stopped for dinner at smile stone which i was informed is prasanna's owned venture. I was carrying my own tiffin and when i sat on a table i was stopped rudely by staff member and asked not to eat inside. The staff behaved very rudely and insisted that if i have to purchase some food from the restaurant else eat outside in a small enclosed room. The food inside is also charged heavily. These terms should be clarified prior to booking.
                        This is intentional humiliation to increase sales by prasanna travels. I see there are many passengers especially elders who face disrespect and are forced to eat in a small chamber at smilestone.
                        I haven't experienced such behavior in any other travel all restaurants offer respectable place for people getting outside food. How can you humiliate people for business gains, this should be taken to court.

                        I was travelled goa to pune date of 9 feb 2019. My pick up point was mapusa bus stop at 9 pm. This bus not clean bus employees behavior not so good . Bus condition so much poor why r u charged so much high fare u are service not so good . Improve your quality first & main thingh is ur bus employees not so gud so improve quality .

                          While traveling to yavatmal and back, except for dinner time, there are no washroom services and it was very embarrassing to use roadside. Please take care that the bus stops every 3-4 hours at a place having good washrooms.
                          Secondly, the hotel that the bus had stopped on the way back, hotel new radhakrishna served hopeless food and washroom. Wonder how such a good bus company chose such a rotten place, whereas there are much better hotels on the route. The driver replied that it was company's decision. Please ensure better services, because hygiene, quality of food and cleanliness matter the most.

                            We are traveling from pune to shegaon by prasanna purple bus, we have paid extra money for lcd tv in compartment. And tvs are not working. When we asked attendent for the reason. They rudely said tv was for till dinner only, which was around 1 hour.
                            I am traveling from pune to shegaon
                            Bus no. Mh 14 cw 2373.

                            Such a worst service ever got.
                            Kindly take action immediately.

                            But I got another bus which is was named SANADI which had very poor quality.
                            Amount were deducted from my account was same as prasanna Purple chrages..

                              My pnr no. 84955441. Dated 30.01.2019
                              Kindly refer to schedule of short trip of pandharpur, gangapur, akkalkot & tuljapur yatra.
                              In this schedule, there was no siddheshwar temple of solapur in day 1. However tour guide has finished this site in day 1 only.
                              In addition, he has changed hotel schedule also. Reason not known. This also results in taking darshan of tuljapur devi. Devotee has come from very far and it is impossible to visit again.
                              Hotels schedule are also changed completely. Reason not known. It is requested to look into matter. While returning guide was searching hotel for lunch which is not expected from prsanna purple company
                              Management team is requested to ask guide to adhere strictly to schedule of yatra as wel as hotels.

                                Hi i am nilesh lokhande. I boarded from baroda to pune bus on 25th jan 2019 whose scheduled reachin time is 7 am. I booked my ticket in prasanna purple volvo grand and expecting personal space as shown in pic but was not found.
                                Further driver purposely delaying the bus and now at 7 am reached vashi only. Driver is picking up afditional customer by taking rs 200 from mumbai to pune. My co passanger left in mumbai and now driver accomodated 2 morepassanger besides me whereas there is space for 2 people only as this is sleeper bus. This is very disguasting. He is not ready to listen. Ur team is very much corrupt and dont work for customer satisfaction. I have paid rs 1570/- for the ticket but such service is really painful and unlawful too. I expect call on [protected] and expect refund of money for such wrong practice and uncomfortable service to me. I have added picture of 2 people in 1 sit... Resting besides me. Kindly see and understand the type of corruption ur team is doing. I need immediate apology and refund of money from prasanna if they believes in customer satisfaction.

                                  Hi,
                                  I was travelling from pune to nashik on 15/01/2019 by prasanna purple bus (Sleeper).
                                  We boarded the bus @ 11.30 pm from bank of maharashtra (Shivaji nagar) stop and headed to nashik.
                                  My seat number was 13, 14 & 15.
                                  The seats were reserved on behalf of vinay oza, preeti oza, b. G oza.
                                  I lost a white plastic rectangular box which consisted of two pearl sets, gold nose ring along with other jewellery items.
                                  We got down at nashik around 3.30 am in the morning and when i saw y bag for some other stuff, i came to know that the white jewellery box was no longer present.
                                  I had to attend a wedding so could not submit the complaint earlier than this.
                                  I checked all the bags and the location, including my home but i could not find the box.
                                  Kindly help!!!

                                    Just now me and my colleague had to get down at t - junction, mumbai. We asked several time and boarded the bus from kothrud. We made it a point that it is the bus for dadar. Sion-dadar and dadar stop can not be the same. I travel regularly by shivneri. So i am not new to drop and pick up location. Driver and conductor cheated us as there is nothing written on the bus. So to know the last stop you have to rely on them. Was very tired though i have to get a cab from t-junction. I know you guys do nothing about this and less bothered about your ratings.
                                    I learnt a lesson. Thank you so much for this.

                                    I wanted to reschedule my travel date and had intimated the same 48hrs before the travel date still did not get any solution
                                    I am traveling from Mumbai to AHMEDABAD and I have my phone dead. I need to charge it and the bus driver is not allowing to turn on the charging supply.

                                      On 7th jan i did sleeper coach booking in purple for traveling from panvel to ankleshwar. I opted for seat no. 4 (Single berth), for which i received sms from purple for confirmation of seat (Berth) no. 4 (Pnr 95577).
                                      On 9th jan (Actual date of my travel), i got a message (Sms) on my mobile phone about shifting of my seat no. From 4 to 11. Upon calling a purple representative, he advised me to "not take tension", as it was a like for like change. (I later found that his statement was not true).

                                      At the time of bus arrival at panvel (About 10pm on 9th jan), i checked with the travel agent, who had issued the purple ticket to me. He informed to me that the new berth assigned to me (No. 11) was a sharing birth. There was a "single" berth available at the back. The agent told me that my berth was assigned to a lady from panvel.

                                      I found this change unacceptable to me. I decided to cancel my booking at the last minute. How can purple change the confirmed berth at their own discretion?

                                      I am now planning to lodge complaint at appropriate forum.

                                        I am on my way to pune and had a very bad experience. I bought a ticket to pune at andheri purple travel agency. Was asked to sit in konduskar travels bus which arrived an hour late. The bus has taken long halts at every bus stop up to panvel n took a long refreshment halt at khalapur food mall. It is going at an unusually low speed on express way. I should have reached my destination by now but have not even reached lonavla. The agent mr. Nitin from andheri office spoke very rudely when i complained
