I have given an application for changing from postpaid to prepaid. ([protected]) After 7 days i launched a complaint after 48 hours complaint not resolved but seems the complaint closed again rang up customer care, told me to contact airtel store visited the airtel store and have been told to wait again for one day and it was their mistake and because of that am running and spending my valuable time at last the same have been change but to know about the plans tried to contact customer care tried for 3 hours 46 minutes on 121, 198, [protected] not getting customer care and the funniest thing is i had a security deposit of 2000 rs for my post paid. After converting to prepaid the money will be refunded after 60 days.
