Hi

I given my car for service 3 month ago. They serviced it and changed 2 ignition coil of my car. After 3 days one other coil got damaged so i went back to prem motor service center and asked the reason for it when they have done service and checked all things. But they did not give me any specific reason and just asked to me get it change. I request them to change this one too and paid the amount of single coil. But they suggested that 4th coil should change as 3 coils are new and only 1 coil is old. So i again requested to change the 4th one and paid the amount, even that 4th coil was working. I again requested them to check the car if there is any problem due to which these coils are damaging, but they said now all will remain fine.
After 3 month on 9th august 2016, one coil again damaged while coming to my hometown (Pinagwan, mewat) from gurgaon at 11:00pm.
Due to that i stuck on road at midnight with my family which was a disaster for me.
When i have just changed all the ignition coils and paid for all the service charges then why i am facing all these issue. Now who will bear all the expenses of coil and services and damages.
It was a loss of 50, 000 to me as i could not travel to gurgaon next day for my daughter passport documents and hence delayed passport and in result now expensive tickets to london.
Please help.
