I booked a wagon-r car hr26bv2154 in “maruti true value mela event” held in “leisure valley park gurgaon” on 23 sept 2017 from prem motors sec 18 gurgaon branch for my father who is 60 years old and has just retired. During the test drive of vehicle i found issues with “pickup and clutch” and i told the same to the booking agent.

I given my car for service 3 month ago. They serviced it and changed 2 ignition coil of my car. After 3 days one other coil got damaged so i went back to prem motor service center and asked the reason for it when they have done service and checked all things. But they did not give me any specific reason and just asked to me get it change. I request them to change this one too and paid the amount of single coil. But they...
