Deposited Rs 2000 as a token amount to avail the nanny service. Since the money got credited from my account, I didn't received any service from Prenu nor any nanny turned up. They stopped picking up the call nor replying in the mail for the refund . Pathetic and Horrible service, better to say "No Services" . Dont fall in their trap as they will speak very nicely initial to get the money from your pocket .
