I submitted Rs 2000 as a preliminary payment to access the nanny service. After payment, I did not receive any service from Prenu, and no nanny arrived. They ceased answering calls and responding to emails regarding the refund. The service experience was extremely disappointing and unpleasant. I advise against falling into their trap, as their initial pleasant communication is solely aimed at extracting money from you.
