Prestige — complaint against vellore prestige service center

I bought 3 burner glass top prestige gas stove. Now am facing problem with low flame. I complained 15 days ago through customer care number.. Till date no service technician has attended my home no response from service centre i am very much disappointed with service that is giving from service center of vellore tamil nadu. Technician numb [protected].
