Prestige — Gas Leakage of gas Stove

Dear Sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that i have been having some issues with the product purchased . I had made a purchase of a gas stove ( Stainless Steel : 2 burner ) 2 months back in the name of Mr.K.S Raghavan Purchased From : Balaji Agency - West Mambalam, Ch - 33 We are having some issue with the burner and if i open one side, from the other side gas leakage is there. I have registered a complaint with your customer care, pls find the details below. But yours is one of the worst services. I specifically said that there is a leakage issue and those residing are very old people. But still your guys are in the process of escalating it . But not bothered to sent any one to fix the issue. Just because you have the brand now does not mean ignoring a customer. I am strongly going to recommend against the purchase of your products to anyone, if this is the sort of support that you are going to be providing us.
