Prestige — gas stove | |||
I recently purchased gas chulha from big bazar of prestige but now the gas started leaking from it. I had filed complaint 25 days back and one person come and promised to repair in 2 days but he never came back. Over telephone their complaint executive everyday inform us that repair will be done in 1 or 2 day but after 1 month there is no action. I dont know why they sell their products when they are not able to repair it. Please dont create such a pathetic image of such a prestigious brand and serves the customer after sales also. Two months gone my electric kettle is not repaired and put into pending.I visited four times to your Margao-malbhat, . Goa center . I spent lot of time . This is your prompt service?
