I have Raised complaint on 14th May, 2018 regarding 2 burners of my Gas stove not working. Post escalating to higher authority one technician from Prestige visit our place.
However our issue is not yet resolve, that service engineer claims that he doesn't handle GAS STOVE complaint he look after only cooler complaint.
Just because of escalation he attend this call & shows his helplessness to resolve the issue. He did basic burner cleaning & tried to convince us that now issue is resolved. Post further argument he told us that there is an issue in gas supply connection of 2 burner (Out of 4) & he need to replace 2 parts(i.e. walls) of those burners connection in gas stove.
He pass it on to his colleague to bring that part & resolve the issue. As well assured us it just a small issue & his colleague will resolve it by same day or next day.
But no one bother to turn up to finish their incomplete task.
I am surprise with this UNPROFESSIONAL approach of PRESTIGE team towards their customers.
Last 12 days our GAS STOVE is not working, hope somebody will bother to resolve this on priority. As your customer support is quite frustrating & now I regret my decision to opt out for prestige product. Was this information helpful? |
