I Chander Mohan a pensioner and senior citizen purchased 3 burner glass top from authorised dealer of Prestige, Janakpuri (NEW DELHI) six months back. I am sorry to say that one of the burner was not working and I immediately informed to your Bangalore office to lodge my complaint. After two days they send one person to rectify the problem but to my utter surprise he did nothing and leave my premises saying he needs some hardware parts for rectification. I made several call to your Bangalore office every time they assured that they will going to send reliable person for the rectification. Is this the real scenario of a reputed company so called Prestige. I am very much dissapointed and decided to complaint to higher authorities if they don't take initiatives to rectify my problem.
