[Resolved]  Prestige Induction Cooker — Very Poor After Sales Service

I Bought Prestige induction cooker Pic 3.0V2 on May 2013 from My kitchen (Panvel) ( Authorised seller of Prestige). Now after 14 months it started giving problems the automatic heating sensor is not working. I filled a complaint on 17th Aug 2014 to Prestige Customer care Ph #[protected] Complaint # 532137 and asked the how much will it take to fix it. They said Approx 1 Week. Then I went and submitted the Induction on same day to My Kitchen Panvel (Sunday). They said it will take more than 1 month to fix it, because the company do not have the spare parts available. Did Follow up on Tuesday said the company tech will come on Thursday 21 Aug 2014. Then I went to My Kitchen Panvel on Saturday 23rd Aug 2014.to collect the induction. They were not confident weather its repaired or no. I asked them to test it. It worked fine. ( Did not charge anything). I took it home with 15 min was using the induction I started getting the problem again. I called back and inform them its not working. They asked to get it back. Instead of taking back to My kitchen Panvel, I took it to Authorised service center Shop no.12 Chinar C.H.S Plot No. 35 Sector 42 Seawood - Dharave Nr. Railway Station Nerul West Nerul West - 400706 State : Maharashtra. Submitted on 27th Aug 2014. They checked it and told the it has PCB (Display Problem). Will take 3 days to fix it. Did follow up to ask the progress Ali informed tech did not come. Did follow up on Saturday 30th Aug 2014 status given to me was, the part was not available with Andheri center. I again called Prestige Customer care Ph #[protected] and asked for the status, Sabrish informed the complaint is closed with comments customer declined to pay for the repair. I ask him when was it updated it was updated on 22nd Aug 2014. When it was with My kitchen Panvel. I asked for escalation sayed one of the the floor supervisor cam on the line i narrated the entire story to him. He promised call back for some Sr. Manager on Monday 1st Sept 2014. Did not received any call back till 3.00pm. Called Prestige Customer care Ph #[protected] spoke to Saundraya she promised call back from Ragu.and was also info to call Mumbai service center #[protected] Contact Yogita. Phone on engaged tone. Tried 25 times same engaged tone. Did not receive call back. I did follow up with the service center Nerul spoke to Ali he said its fixed come and collect. Reached to collect the induction asked him to test it, it worked for 5 min and again same problem. He called the tech Jagdish and confirm. Tech did not answer the call. Spoke to someone else he got an answer that he might not fixed it. Ali again asked to give him 2 more days to fix it. So here i am getting carrot from past 3 weeks. I cook my every day food on the induction. I am been eating food from outside from past 3 weeks. If prestige is not capable of giving after sales service why did they get the permission to sell the product in market. How many more days do i have to compromise on food. Hence forth i will never ever buy any prestige products and will also inform all my near and dear about Prestige.
