I had bought prestige induction cooktop PIC6.1 V3 just 5 months back and it has been repaired 3 times till now and its 4th time when it stopped working, I want to ask Prestige team that what is the use of purchasing such high cost induction that too of very prestigious company. I wasted 4k for purchasing this instead of that I could have been purchased 2 induction cooker of some other company and those must have been performed better than...

I have purchased induction jst 3 months before now its not working.. I called customer they jst telling me that service man will visit but no response from them. I called more than 10 times in 15 day. I think for prestige there is no service man born till now..
Very worst service. Not happy same on this prestige company. Not sell ur product is u r not capable to give service....

Now after 14 months it started giving problems the automatic heating sensor is not working. I purchased Prestige 3.0 model induction cooker on 08 Aug 12. It shortly developed fault and on 03 dec 12, I took it to lucknow service centre. It was returned after repair on 12 dec 12. But it soon developed same fault which was checked and repaired . Now again it is not heating though display is correct. I have tried trouble shooting as per mannual but to no avail.
