[Resolved] Prestige Induction Cooker — repeated failure within warranty period | |||
I purchased Prestige 3.0 model induction cooker on 08 Aug 12. It shortly developed fault and on 03 dec 12, I took it to lucknow service centre. It was returned after repair on 12 dec 12. But it soon developed same fault which was checked and repaired . Now again it is not heating though display is correct. I have tried trouble shooting as per mannual but to no avail. I have purchased the item based on reputation of the company but have received a very poor quality item. I have already made three visits to service centre and am fed up. I feel that the company should REPLACE THE COOKER AND ALSO REIMBURSE THE EXPENCES INCURRED IN REPEATED VISITS TO THE SERVICE CENTRE. Pl advise further action.
