[Resolved] Prestige Induction Cooker — no proper customer care whom i can talk about the product defect | |||
Respected sir, i have purchased one induction cooker of prestige on 20 nov 2012 from indiatimesshopping.com, and my order id is -[protected].which is delivered on my home address on 26th december 2012. now the question is its in very well condition but the three pin is too big that i m not able to use it anywhere due to small sockets or plugs are at home. and if i do this purchase from any retailstore i can check and buy but as it is online process i am not able to check until and unless its dellievered at my home right? so when opened with all i just check the diffrence and call indiatimes as well as vendor for the same. but they denied to make it replace and tell me to call u. i m trying ur no from morning time which is [protected] is not reachable so just give me resolution or tell me the service engineer person whom i can contact and tk the help regarding this ... welll want to have a communication with u and still the machine is not used . i hope u got my point what i mean to say and plz help me to find a solution asearly as possible..... thanks and regards yogesh deshpande [protected]@indiatimes.com Was this information helpful? | |||

Prestige induction cooker — PRODUCT MALFUNCTION
I have purchesed a prestige induction cooker 1.0 delux from prestige dealer at NAGER BAZER ,kolkata on 03/09/2011.It stoped working on 2nd day only.The display showing watt/temp but not heating at all.After inform to prestige service centre they advised to submit it to the dealer.
