I have purchased kitchen hood DKH 600CS on dt 03/03/2012 at delhi, presently iam at koat (rajasthan).one month ago its blower was damaged, hood not working now.i have complaint to urs customer care, they reply me/visited at home but after telephonic descussion, they told me that urs hood model is out of date, and spares are not avilable.why only five years old things a spares are not avilable.prestige is well known company its reputation is also good, but if spares are not avilable why should we purchase urs good(other company hood even 10 years old spares are aviable). mobile number [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
