Prestige — Mixer grinder not working

I have logged a complaint with prestige more than 6 days now with complaint number: bang2526808 for mixer repair and till date no one has addressed it. No technician has come down to check. I have called customer care number for more than 5 times now. Its waste of time, as they have same thing to say "this is been escalated". Its really a pathetic service with such reputed company.

.Last three months ago I purchased a 3 burnor glass top prestige gas stove. Till now this product is not useful to me. Already Compliant send to thedealer.Burnor compliant, left side nobe stuck, low flame. The serial no of the item is below quoted.
