Prestige — No hearing of customer complaint for royale gas table GT-02 SS

I chandrabhushan singh registerd my complain in prestige customer care office for prestige royale gas table which is not working properly i regesterd my compalin on 10 th of january and my complain no is Mumb81705 and also called in customer care office more than 5-7 times and request them for service of my gas table but they didnt responce for my complain n every time console me that tomorrow their technician will be come for service but till now neither any technician try to contact me for service nor any confirmation call . I just want to know why this misbehaving and no hearing of my complain after informing and reminding their customer care representative of mumbai
